Inspirelec Ltd is praised for prompt, professional and friendly electrical work, from fault finding and socket repairs to extractor fans, outdoor lights, heating controls, shop fittings and full house rewires. Customers value their clear advice, fair pricing, tidy working and reliable arrival times, with John and Sam often described as trustworthy, efficient and happy to explain the work before leaving everything clean and complete.
John consistently replied speedily to all communication. A written estimate was provided and accepted and acted upon promptly. John and his colleague were professional and friendly. They arrived on time with all the equipment needed and completed the work efficiently. They explained the working of the thermostat, showed us images of the floor heating up and set the program. All packaging was removed. We were very pleased with the service and have no hesitation in recommending inspirelec.
Called them out as our kitchen sockets were not working. They tried to diagnose over the phone without charge, then visited us and it resolved it within an hour. The price was reasonable, a very professional and personable outfit. Recommend!
I have had Inspirelec in twice now for things and wouldn't trust electrical work with anyone else. Both times they have been incredible. It was just John this time to replace an extractor fan in the bathroom. He arrived early(!) and worked quickly and quietly (esp important as we have a baby in the house) but was always on hand to answer any questions I had. He was respectful and kept things very tidy. Highly recommend
Quick, friendly, and efficient
Highly recommend John & Sam. We used InspirElec for a handful of small jobs and they did a great job, but also come across as very trustworthy and honest. And they tidied up well after themselves!
John and Sam have done a great job for us. There were various electrical jobs we needed doing, and they were able to advise on options as well as carry out the work to a high standard. Following a sudden problem during some other internal work - not their fault! - they came quickly and sorted it out. Would highly recommend.
We’re relatively new to the area and needed an excellent, trustworthy and reliable electrician to complete a house rewire to replace outdated, unsafe and often botched electrics. John and Sam have been fantastic - completing the full rewire on time, to code, and to an excellent standard. We could not recommend them enough.
John from InspirElec Ltd arrived promptly and got on with fitting my outdoor lights ,which weren't the easiest to do as they had a very small fitting for the wires to fit in. Despite this the job was completed and looks amazing. The cleaning up job that he did was excellent and I'd hire him for that too 😄
I used Inspirelectric as they were highly recommended on a local site. Rightly so, they were quick to respond, turned up when they said they would and did great work reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend to others.
Inspirelec were recommended to me by someone else and I have been delighted with their service. They were quick to reply, arrived when promised and fixed the issue as well as a few other things! Very happy and will definitely use them next time.
Will definitely use them again, very professional and great quality work.
Extremely happy with the professional service given by John and Sam. Will highly recommend in future to friends and work contacts. Magnificent job and all the very best for the future. David
