He explained the process of laying an armoured cable connecting to a new consumer unit to feed power and lighting. He was prompt, tidy and thoroughly professional. John was really approachable and prompt with communication. John kept us updated on when he could organise for Jack to complete our service, repairs, installing and moving plugs/light. We were really impressed with Jack’s professionalism. We are pleased with all the work that has been completed. Once everyone was completed John provided all the relevant certifications.
