Fantastic service - first class! Garfield installed new sensors throughout the house, a new alarm box outside and a smart controller. He helped me get set up with the app too. I was having other building work going on and Garfield fitted in with that making the whole experience as easy possible. First rate!
Garfield was very calm and knowledgeable. He walked us through all the options and nothing was too much of a bother if we wanted it. He helped get our security system completely up to date with new sensors, security panel and bell boxes. Him and his colleague also shored up the wiring and helped to install a security camera for us. They worked efficiently and respectfully and were all done in a day. Would not hesitate to recommend!

I recently contracted G1 Security Systems to install a CCTV system in South Croydon. The process was very smooth from start to finish and although there were a few complications with the site, Garfield dealt with those in a calm way and used his skills to ensure that there was a very neat finish!

After a stressful time where our old security alarm wouldn’t turn off, I googled help & came across G1 Security Systems. Our knight in shining armour arrived in the form of Garfield! He talked through our options of repairing the old system or replacing it with a new one. Gave us all the costing with no pressure - he was happy to do either. Hi We recently had an issue with our electrics. After which the alarm needed resetting. After multiple attempts using the codes supplied by my previous engineer (now retired) I called Garfield. Within an hour he came. Did a thorough check of the system (explaining the process he was going through) and reset it. I will most certainly use Garfield in the future. knowledgable, professional and courteous through out. Recommended.
One of my CCTV Camera stopped working. I called G1 Security Systems. The engineer I spike to was very polite and flexible in fitting me in over the weekend. He visited the site, traced the fault and repaired it on the same day. I am very pleased with his wok which he did professionally. His charges were reasonable. I would definitely recommend him and wish him good luck with his business.
Incredibly good service by G1 Security Systems. I called and reported my CCTV system lost 8 cameras. In an hour Garfield arrived and in no time were able to repair the system and left it fully functionally. Very polite, knowledgeable and courteous. I will use him again and recommend him.
