Denis changed our fuse box. He worked very hard in very tight space under the stairs all day till almost 8.30 pm to finish the job. He was extremely helpful in advising us, very professional and clean. I will definitely call him next time I need electric works in the house. I would highly recommend.

Horrible experience. Dennis is clearly not an honourable individual. Failed my EICR because the slots in my fuse board were not fixed, thus could move and show a gap that would be too big (which is fair, pictures attached). I then asked if gluing the slots down to make them fixed would work, he said it would, I have the glue at home, it would have taken me 10 seconds to do plus a further 15 seconds or so for everything to be reasonably dry, I asked if I could glue it down in his presence, he said “we can discuss once I’ve received payment”. He the offered to put a small piece of plastic in the gap (likely scrap from another job by the look and size of it) and said he would charge me £30 for instalment (literally a 10 second job after making it clear that gluing it down would have been fine). I paid and he has sent the report saying it failed, and has stopped replying to my messages. I definitely would not recommend, I understand that he gets paid per job, but I struggle to believe that he operates under any level of integrity.

Terrible, avoid like the plague. They failed my EICR saying the fuse board was dangerous and there was missing supplementary bonding. When I saw the guy taking a picture of the fuse board I asked if I should put back the fuse covers and he said no. Otherwise there was nothing wrong with the fuseboard. Had they bothered getting a continuity / test meter out a as they should have they would have seen all the metal pipes were earthed, they even tried to tell me I should earth plastic pipes! Extremely unprofessional, DO NOT USE!!!
