We've used Tom for a few jobs now - kitchen electrics, consumer unit replacement, and running the power and ethernet cable out to our garden office - and he's been great each time. He flagged some safety considerations that previous electricians hadn't mentioned, which we really appreciated. You feel like you're in safe hands rather than just being rushed through a job. The work itself is done to a really high standard. A couple of the jobs involved going through floorboards and walls, and everything was left neat and tidy with no damage to surrounding areas, which isn't always a given. His pricing is fair and reasonable, and he's great with communication throughout. Would recommend!

Absolute 10/10 service — I honestly couldn’t recommend TLB Electrical more highly. We moved into a new house in E17 last year and had been dealing with a series of electrical faults. We’d already had a few electricians come out, but the problems never really got solved and we ended up stuck going round in circles. Tom was recommended on our neighbourhood WhatsApp group and he’s been top class from day one. When you don’t know any local tradespeople, it can be pretty daunting trying to find someone reliable, but Tom quickly identified the issue, fixed it properly, and left virtually no trace of the work (it was a carpets up job and complete rewiring of the kitchen). On top of that, once we realised there were a few more jobs we wanted doing, he was flexible, got the supplies sorted quickly, and just cracked on with it. Absolutely buzzing with the work and even more buzzing to have found someone trustworthy that I’ll definitely be using again in the future.

Tom at TLB electrical provided an excellent service from start to finish. He wired my kitchen in my flat in Waltham Abbey, and was professional throughout the whole job. Communication was great, he explained everything clearly, turned up when promised, and kept us updated along the way. He also liaised with my kitchen fitter and other builders to ensure timelines for first and second fix ran smoothly and to prevent delays on the project. He was very tidy and respectful of the flat, leaving everything clean at the end of each day. Really knowledgeable and helpful with advice and suggestions too.
