Tom is a first class electrician who knows exactly what he's doing. He's prompt, efficient and leaves everything spotless when he has finished. No direct experience with Parchment but a guy driving their van was in a right turning lane and then aggressively cut across me almost causing an accident- so I won’t be using them!
