With great attention to detail he found the least intrusive places for alarms and fittings whilst upholding highest safety standards. Some people/companies just get customer service; Rhys & RMC are one of them. The other evening, I had a breaker trip for no apparent reason, and it knocked out a few bedrooms and all of our kitchen appliances, including our refrigerator. It was 9pm. I was straight onto Google for a 24/7 electrician so I didn't lose the entire contents of our fridge by morning. First 2: no answer (or call back). Not only did Rhys answer the phone, he was super friendly and walked me through how to troubleshoot the issue. He was ready to come out if the troubleshooting didn't resolve it, but luckily he knew exactly how to approach it, and it did. His helpful and friendly attitude was such a refreshing change to what one might usually get. Highly recommend.

I used Rhys and team for quite an extensive rewire, laying power to a new garden building and the work for a meter move. Lots of rewiring , moving fuse boards, testing, laying armoured cabling and even some trench digging. Lots of tough work and time consuming fault finding, the team were able to do it all. I’ve been really happy with the quality of work, the communication and price. Rhys has been with me every step of the way (meter move has many moving parts) so it’s gone smoothly and I’ve felt he’s never left me high and dry as others have done. Very happy with all the work and very happy to have Rhys in my phone book for all future work.

Rhys did an excellent job doing a full rewire of my house. The process was end to end with first fix, second fix with livening up. Would not hesitate to recommend him as he was very professional, efficient and responsive throughout the whole job. He was also very helpful in terms of adding his view regarding the types of light fittings etc that would work in each room/locations of switches/sockets based on similar properties he had worked on. I had spoken to quite a few other electricians before but ultimately went with Rhys as he had 5 stars here and came across as very competent. Very glad I did.
