8am Sunday morning and an embarrassing DIY disaster, panicked call to Mainly Sparks and Ian the electrician was at my house within an hour! Excellent job done. Couldn't be more relieved and pleased. 100% recommend.
Ian came and sorted our problem on the same day of contact which was great. He was very efficient and thorough. He solved the problem quickly and we now have light. Will keep him in mind for future electrical needs.
Ian came to us on a Sunday as an emergency appointment. He was extremely thorough and really knew what he was talking about. This gave us confidence knowing he was making our home safe. We are so pleased we found him.
Ian has been so helpful since I had to get a new economy 7 from my supplier(former sse), he helped me through even during the installation of the storage heaters with a reasonable price, he is friendly and easy to talk with. Tony, one his engineers is nice & easy going too.. Kudos guys

Called Ian and advised about issues my Mom was having with an electrical socket and he agreed to come to look at the same day. Even though was delayed due to his previous job was true to his word and not only did he attend but he was prepared to work later to complete the required work which was appreciated. We found Ian to be a very personable and professional gentleman who very clearly takes pride in his work as well as keeping the Customer his priority.
Ian came to do our electrical safety tests. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Did a very thorough job with minimal disruption to our day. Highly recommended.
