Amazing service from Usman, he is so accommodating and has helped with EICR and getting our electrics safe in our home. He always takes the time to explain things to us! I highly recommend Hale Electrical and will be using them again!

Usman carried out an electrical survey for us and explained his findings to us in a clear way, and recommended next steps. I also emailed Usman about something unrelated; he very kindly replied with some free advice. He and a colleague then replaced our fuse box and helped us out with something else for free. Two extremely nice, reliable and hardworking people! We will always go to HEC for anything electrical in future.

Very friendly and efficient. The EICR was turned around in excellent time and Usman was kind enough to talk us through the key things we needed to take from it (extra helpful as FTBs). Highly recommend, gave us all the info we needed. Post script: we returned to Usman to get the work done now that we’ve completed and we’re very happy we did so. Very easy to arrange, communicative, and turned up promptly, him and his colleague were considerate and thoughtful on the day. Usman was here within an hour, quickly diagnosed and dealt with the fault, and so we are back with heating and hot water.many thanks.

I can't recommend Usman enough. First and second fix rewire for my home I was renovating, from start to finish was professional and reliable, excellent communication and I had full trust in his suggestions. Compared to a lot of other trades I was dealing with, Usman's attitude was completely refreshing! Will not hesitate to contact Hale for future electric work.

Usman +his colleague were quick at finding the fault corrected this after some digging. Great communication, friendly & professional! Got the job done fast and booked in right away. Highly recommend for all things electric.

Usman is very professional and patient. His replies are always very timely. I asked him to help me with an EICR. It was completed quickly. I received the report in the evening after the test was done in the afternoon. He also clearly explained the content I didn't understand and gave me a lot of practical advice. I will definitely consider him next time I need an electrician.

Usman came to fix a broken plug socket urgently the same day I reached out to him, providing a quote up front before doing the work. He turned up when he said he would and changed it quickly, also giving us advice for next steps. He also came out to do a full electrical check as advised folllwing this - again he turned up when he said he would. Communication was brilliant and he did a thorough job, turned up on time, report came immediately and he was happy to take the extra time to discuss what to do next/any issues in the report that I didn’t understand

Usman was knowledgeable, helpful and patient when I had a tricky problem with my electricity supply. He came out twice in one day, kept in touch on WhatsApp and liaised with the power network operator to get the issue fixed. Highly recommend!

Usman was incredible, via facetime he talked me through how to get the house safe and running before he could visit the property. Usman was polite, professional and we went above and beyond to ensure we had power. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

Usman and his team did a full rewire of my property before I moved in - the work was great and he made sure to answer all of my questions (of which I had many!). His communication was brilliant throughout and he made sure to keep me updated throughout the process, which was thoroughly appreciated.

Excellent. Came within half an hour for an emergency and fixed very quickly.

Five stars are not enough to reflect the quality of work and service levels provided by Hale Electrical Contractors. After weeks of searching via friends, relatives and the internet I finally found this firm listed on Google. After a couple of phone calls and emails checking the site details and the product specs, I sourced the correct heater for the bathroom then had it installed professionally yesterday. Usman and colleagues were a pleasure to do business with: prompt, informative, capable and completed the project exactly as estimated.

I’ve used Usman and his team’s services twice now for electrical problems at my property. The team are reliable, tidy, professional and helpful.

Hale Electrical installed a Ring Camera and alarm. Great service and communication , very professional work and set up support. Would recommend and use again.

The work was to a very high standard, excellent communication, very helpful and easy to approach, I had no hob or oven for 4 months with having Builder's doing my kitchen extension, and as soon as they finished this guy was round the next day to connect my oven, I would definitely have him again, highly recommend.

Punctual. Polite. Professional. Just some of what to expect from Usman at Hale Electrical Contractors. Buying our first home we realised we needed an EICR and our consumer unit updating. Usman was able to do both for what seemed a fair price for an experienced and professional electrician. Once we need more work doing we will be contacting Usman again, as we have complete trust in him with handling our home's electrics.

Hale Electrical Contractors helped us replace our kitchen extractor hood as well as some spotlights and switches. They were punctual, provided a customer friendly service and even hoovered up afterwards. Would highly recommend!

My oven isolator switch went kaput on Christmas Day. I contacted Hale electrical on the 28th around midday and they offered to squeeze me in on the 28th. Usman (owner) was on time, professional and fixed the switch which had burnt out causing my oven to pack up. Usman got it working again in a flash. Will definitely use Hale Electrical again without hesitation.

Excellent service, caring and professional, went above and beyond to ensure I was confident to troubleshoot going forwards, would highly recommend.

We suddenly were left without heating or power. I called Hale Electrical for an emergency callout at 7.15pm. The call attendant was friendly and empathetic. Usman arrived within 15 minutes and was a calm, friendly and professional individual. He immediately found the fault and got us back up and running. We thought we had a freezing night with no hot water or heating!! We are so pleased that we've found a great company here. I'll definitely come back for any work I need in the future. 5 stars well and truly deserved. Thank you! Merry Christmas.

Usman was great. He managed to fit us in at short notice and provided advice throughout, taking the time to explain what he was doing. I would highly recommend using Hale Electrical Contractors

Such friendly and helpful service - this company were great

Great professional work.very satisfied.

Came out within 30 minutes on a Sunday. Very polite and professional service. Delighted.

The initial thing that stood out about this business is that they do what they say they’re going to do in terms of calling back, coming out to quote, sending emails etc. Sounds obvious, but it really doesn’t happen with all businesses. So started off with a big 5* for communication from me. Comes when he says he will and follows up with mail/ text etc With regard to the work, Usman has fixed some historic crazy wiring for me so that my new kitchen could be installed. Removing a maze of old wiring and making it good/safe, fixing new sockets, moving and re-channeling cable and creating a new safe ring-main for an induction hob. Explains what he’s doing and why. Very patient, calm and positive; despite some challenges with space under our floorboards. Fully tests the work at each step. Would not hesitate to recommend Hale Electrical. If you want promises met, genuine interactions and a great standard of work, give them a call.

Very prompt communication and wonderful service. Thank you for your help!

Quick efficient service. Very personable polite electrician. Speedy response to call for help . Quickly identified fault and rectified it. Thanks!

We are so pleased to find a reliable electrician. Helpful, knowledgable and very tidy work. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Would definitely recommend!

Usman from Hale Electrical contractors was professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company!

A great service from a great business. Explained everything and fixed everything in a prompt and friendly way. The first time we have used this business, but it wont be the last

Amazing service

Fantastic and efficient service. Sorted my emergency in no time

We were really pleased with the work carried out by Hale Electrical Contractors. Communication was really efficient and transparent. Our options were discussed and detailed plans were made ahead of the work taking place and during. Recommendations such as installing a light sensor and linking up fire detectors were really good ideas that we hadn't thought about before. Unlike other contracting companies this one felt very personal. We were happy to find out that the very knowledgeable and experienced director of the company would be overseeing and carrying out the work from start to finish. He had an eye for for detail and seemed to really want us to have the best experience and service possible. He even drew our attention to a couple of areas in the house that needed further attention that were not his area of expertise such as the joists. We managed to save some time and money as he worked tirelessly to help us and our young family avoid spending too much time away from the house when work took place which we really appreciated. The only thing that might not suit everyone is that he does not work alongside plasterers so all remedial works will need to be arranged for afterwards. We are using Hale Electrical Contractors again for our upcoming projects and would recommend to friends and family.

Excellent service from Usman. I would highly recommend

Usman and Missy did an amazing job coming out in the evening to fix some faulty wiring. They explained everything really well and made us feel safe and much more confident. Excellent job!

Usman is simply excellent. Professional but friendly, really transparent with the work and trusted him entirely with our entire house electrics. You won't find better.

Really happy with the electrical work that was done! Usman was clean and tidy which was great (but the subcontracted landscaping work left a bit of a mess) Overall very happy with the service!

Scarlett and Usman came to the rescue when we were let down by another provider. It was an emergency our of hours call out that was completed within 1 hour. Both were professional, kept communication open, and fed back their findings and actions which provided great reassurance. An excellent service that I would highly recommend. Thank you.

Usman was extremely, helpful, honest and prompt with his work. I am delighted with his service and will access his services in the future. Highly recommended and trustworthy!

A bit of DIY by my son went wrong, a hidden cable got nicked by a blade and left me with no power to my shower at 530pm. Hale Electrical, Usman answered the phone and came to my house promptly. Very polite and professional. Found the faulty wire very quickly and made the repair. Also repaired another damaged cable too. 10/10 service

Hale Electrical Contractors are outstanding. Always quick to respond with transparent and fair pricing, always turn up bang on time and do the job with skill, care and attention. We called Hale Electrical Contractors to complete an EICR Report, not only were they polite and helpful over the phone, but we’re also able to fit us in very quickly. We had a number of issues that also needed fixing and Usman was open to discussing the right solutions with us, rather than just charging us for the most expensive options. Really pleased with the service and we will use Hale Electrical Contractors again

Used Hale Electrical Contractors for some maintenance and repairs on the building. They made the whole experience very easy from quote, to work, to invoicing. Professional and reliable. Would highly recommend their services and will be using them again soon. Fantastic team!

My whole experience with Hale Electrical has been excellent. Usman is professional and friendly and very good at communicating. To the initial work through, to tweaks, to installation - I have been extremely happy. He obviously takes pride in his work and has a great eye for detail. My house is now completely re-wired and I would not hesitate to use him again in the future Fantastic!

Usman was extremely professional, really responsive to my communication, and went above and beyond to fit us in ASAP. He and his colleague fitted Hive for us and did a brilliant job. We definitely recommend the company and will not hesitate to use them again in the future. These guys are keepers.

They carried out a condition report and repaired the problems arising from it - they always arrived on time, completed the work efficiently and effectively whilst explaining the process etc. Also, Usman went above and beyond to get things done quickly due to our circumstances with a house sale. Would definitely recommend - great service and great value for money.

Very efficient, professional and friendly.

Professional from first call to receiving sound advice to sourcing and installing bathroom fan. Everything promised happened with speed and on the timeframes stated. Will definitely be using again

I was after an outside double plug socket for a few things including Christmas lights. The owner of the company contacted me and explained everything including basic regulations to me over the phone and various options he could offer me. I was even offered an app for my phone so outside electrics could be turned on and off remotely or on a timer just using my phone. I was sent a precise invoice before agreeing to have the work done so I knew what I was paying for. On the day he turned up on time and went through the whole job with me again and it was all very straight forward. There was no problems or issues and the work was completed to a high standard. I wasn't pushed to pay the bill there and then either. I have other jobs that need doing and will use hale electrical contractors in the future to get these completed. Many thanks!!!

The Hale team respond promptly and arrive on time. They went above and beyond removing a dangerous light during the initial electrics test. Lovely people and I felt fine leaving them alone in the house. You get what you pay for - we got a high quality and professional service. I would highly recommend them.

Really friendly team. Needed a ring camera and light installed. They came over when he said they would, gave me a quote and got the job done to a good standard. Had them change an inside light for me too. They cleaned up after themselves, were polite and provided a good service. Would definitely recommend and use them again

From the initial phone call at the office to usman completing the job.. absolute top marks for professionalism. Great customer service, returned my call and confirmed a time on same day to help with a commercial emergency, arrived on time and made sure he left no stone unturned to make sure the job was done correctly and explained the process along the way, which I found very helpful to understand the problem and solution. Highly recommended if you want a proper job done.

Called this morning and they came round this afternoon, identified the fault quickly and didn’t try and make the job bigger than it was .Gave excellent professional advice and I would defiantly use Usman and Hale Electrical again.

Usman was able to fit me an additional socket in a short notice. He was responsive and very professional and had the socket installed and ready before the room was to be plastered.

Usman did a great job helping us move some lights and sockets around. Professional job - very neat and tidy. Will use again.

Usman carried out a EICR inspection for us in a rental property today. A totally professional guy, all the communication we had leading up to the job was clear and he was always prompt in responding. When it came to carrying out the work he was on time and very thorough and professional in manner. We had a small key issue gaining access to the premises, however this was not an issue for him and he patiently waited chatting with me while we had new key delivered. A very smart personable guy I can recommend him 100%.

He gave very clear advice, worked quickly and cleanly and replaced 3 sockets for me. Very friendly and put me at ease. Felt very confident in his work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Usman and his colleague have done nice work for me and offers good honest advice. Would recommend and will be using again.

Sent an initial msg a couple of days ago to request quote to fit a new double socket behind our TV, sorted quote via messenger, arranged to fit us in for job this afternoon and everything sorted as quoted. Talked through options on where to position plug, was conscious about impact of work and minimising work to repair walls afterwards. Very happy with end result - would highly recommend and would use again myself.

Couldn't fault them at all, very helpful and knowledgeable. So much so he spotted and raised an issue with our current electric wiring almost immediately and gave advice on how to remedy it. Installed an outdoor socket as well as festoon lighting for us and we couldn't be happier with the result.

Really quick response time, reasonable quote and very professional. Text before arrival, arrived on time, explained everything he would be doing and why, and when he needed to adapt the plan slightly he again explained why and this was all in the same price. Would recommend and use again.
