Channells Electrical

James was exceptional from start to finish. What started as a straight forward job turned into more than that very quickly. Given the age of our house James unearthed issues from the start, but without hesitation he came up with solutions and recommendations of how he can fix them. He was transparent with costs and timescales and talked me through anything he was doing. Couldn't recommend Channells Electrical highly enough and will be using James for future projects.

James was an absolute pleasure. Very professional, reliable, and a true perfectionist. Northing was too much trouble. I am so pleased with the electrics he fitted and has done an amazing job. I would totally recommend his services. Thank you James 😊 🙏. Ashton's Aesthetics & Wellness Clinic Southampton.

James was brilliant. He responded quickly and communicated clearly the options available beforehand. With a quick turnaround James was able to get the issue resolved within 24 hours leaving us grateful for his professionalism.

James was really helpful when fitting new Lights and Switches to my new home. Being a first time buyer and young female, I was sceptical about using Tradies but James couldn’t have made me feel more at ease! He encountered problems with the wiring of the house but he only made me aware once he found the solution so I didn’t have any stress!

really great job I am very pleased

James went out of his way to fit us in and did a lovely job upgrading our house's cooker circuit. Will be giving him a call for our next electrical job and I'd recommend you to do the same.

We called James based on a neighbour's recommendation and couldn't be more pleased. James was friendly and helpful and got on with the job, notifying us of any issues. James has already visited a couple of times, carrying out an EICR inspection, changed some single sockets to doubles, fixed an earthing issue in the garage and installed garage lighting. We will definitely be calling Channells Electrical for future jobs and would thoroughly recommend James.

James was fantastic from our initial quote through to the jobs being completed. We had a few different jobs undertaken, one was a socket for cctv in the loft, the other replacing a porch light and the final job being installing a double outdoor socket in the back garden. James understood our extremely busy family dynamics and accomodated our needs around timings. He was was extremely polite not to mention clean and tidy!! I wish our kids were as tidy as he was! We will be using James as our future electrician for all jobs and highly recommend.

James was absolutely amazing! He came to my rescue within a few hours after I managed to stupidly break my bedroom light! Absolutely lovely man! So kind & understanding, very professional & very good value for money!

We are very pleased with the quality of the work and professionalism we received from James. We will deffo use his services again and will be recommending him to others.

James installed an outside double socket and weatherproof box for me so I can keep my camper van on charge over the winter. Came on a Saturday morning and did the job in no time, top service would highly recommend

We have used Channells Electrical to help with two re-wires and a consumer unit upgrade. James' work is to an excellent standard and he clearly takes pride in his work. James has been diligent with his communication and ensuring all work is left neat and orderly. Thank you for jobs well done.

Highly recommend. Very pleased with the work James did for us. Polite and professional. Was easy to contact, he responded and completed the work in good time. We will definitely use Channells Electrical’s again in the future.

James was really easy to work with from the outset. He understood our needs, communicated well, and did a really professional job. Also really appreciate the effort he made to clear up. In our older house which always has a few surprises, he was unfazed and sorted problems as they appeared. Highly recommend.

External sockets installed, neat and tidy job, would recommend!

Great work by James. Arrived on time, completed the job excellently. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

James has just done a number of electrical jobs at my office and he has been fantastic. He has installed new Fire Emergency lights, put up IR Sensors on a number of lights, fixed some broken lights and moved some sockets. He always came when he said he would and came back when he needed to, he was efficient, left everything clean after and made some good suggestions on some solutions. Very happy with his work and highly recommend as a great Electrical trades person.

Accurate quote , Good price, Tidy, Arrived when he said he would, did the job. Many thanks Jack.

I called upon James at CES after a recent burglary in my house asking for some added protection. With this in mind he responded quickly and was efficient in getting some added safety features around my home. He fitted a Ring door bell and ensured I was able to set it up correctly, helping patiently along the way! He then upgraded my original flood light and fitted a new one onto the entrance of my drive way! I can’t thank James enough for ensuring the work was quick and left looking very smart! Thank you.

james was a very polite well dressed professional, time keeping and affordability was exceptional went above and beyond to help. james installed some down lights and a couple of sockets high quality of work HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

James arrived on time, carried out removal of old consumer fuse box and replaced with new unit in a different location. All work was carried out in a very professional manner and in a very prompt timeframe. Excellent work and will be using James for all future electrical work
