GH Electrical & Property Maintenance

Very neat and tidy small electrical job - thank you.

Great guys as usual. 2nd time we’ve used them and can’t fault them from start to finish. Melvin going above and beyond to get or project looking amazing. Thanks again guys

Melvin went above and beyond helping us with an absolute nightmare of a job involving a septic tank electric pump. Nothing was too much trouble, and despite the challenges, he stayed positive, worked incredibly hard, and made sure the job was completed properly and to a very high standard. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job rather than just getting in and out quickly. We’re so grateful for all the effort he put in and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Melvin and Toby to anyone.

Andy came to jet wash our decking and assess what work needs to be done on it this morning, very very happy with the work he has done. Very professional, arrived on time and can tell he very passionate about his work. Thank you so much definitely recommend to everyone.

Thank you for sorting out kitchen ventilation, particularly and so late at night. Good to know professionals like yourselves are still out there.

Messaged G H electrical at 5am, after an urgent EICR and a few faults to be sorted. Got a reply back within half an hour and told they could attend 10am the same day. Arrived on time with all the parts to fix faults and carry out a new EICR. Invoiced and new EICR in a very good time due to the urgency. Highly recommended for any urgent work or any electrical work to be done!

I’ve used GH Electrical on three occasions now and have been very impressed by their professionalism each time. Most recently I called first thing in the morning after waking to find my electricity gone downstairs and they had someone come out to me in almost no time at all. I was really pleased with the service that I received, which was both friendly and professional, and was incredibly thankful for their quick response.

We've relied on GH Electrical for over five years, and I honestly can't speak highly enough of their work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail. They've handled everything for us — from a full panel rewire on a three-floor house to swapping out light fixtures. No job ever seems too big or too small for George and his team. They're always punctual, deliver exactly what we've agreed, and their pricing is extremely fair. If you're looking for a reliable, skilled electrician, you've just found them.

"James turned up early, he was kind and informative. I will certainly call him next time". -Stellar in Totton (posted on behalf of her).

GH Electrical every year PAT tests our PA equipment and have also carried out varied electrical work on my house. George responds promptly and is personable and professional, giving us expected time scales and adhering to this each time. Staff member James and the rest of the team are so friendly and leave everything so clean and tidy. In addition, the new shop in Totton is also really useful to be able to go into where there are always helpful staff ready to assist.

Fantastic service from start to finish efficient, professional, and genuinely friendly. They even managed to take on an extra job (fitting a new oven) at the last minute, which was much appreciated. Bonus points for being so patient and great with my two very vocal sausage dogs! Highly recommended.

I have previously used GH Electrical’s when moving house and recently when hard wiring a camera to my house and they are prompt, polite and leave everything as it was found. I will be definitely using them for any future work and recommending them to family and friends.

GH Electrical & Property Maintenance were a pleasure to deal with when fitting our EV charger. Compared to other companies we contacted for the work we required they were interested, punctual and courteous with good workmanship. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend.

Problems due to very old wiring, figured out and fixed with minimal disruption. So glad we had someone who was honest and did a good job. Would definitely call them again.

Nice easy process from getting a price to completion of the work within a week. Work completed to a high standard with no hidden extras.

Completed wiring to workshop. Excellent job. Reasonable price.

Highly recommend this company! Reliable, professional and excellent value for money. We have used their services for several years now and wouldn't want to use anyone else.

Contacted George at GHE with a list of my requirements. He responded quickly and was able to send Melvin around the next day. Three outside lights fitted and two internal lights fitted. Quick, friendly, professional and thorough. George and his team have been my go to for over 5 years. He has even given me advice freely when asked. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for all your electrical needs.
