Customers regularly mention friendly engineers, clear explanations, fair pricing, tidy workmanship and good communication, with many appreciating the team’s care in stressful situations and respect for their homes.
Very poor service, charged me £216 nothing was wrong with cyinder
Would definitely use Pipe Guys again. They have done a couple of jobs recently. Always arrive when expected. Efficient and do a good job. They make sure they leave everything clean and tidy. Came out recently very quickly for a leak and fixed it that day. Thank you guys.
Really happy with the service. The engineer was friendly, professional and took the time to properly check the heating system rather than just guessing what the problem was. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I especially liked that he used a thermal camera to check the radiators. I felt I was given honest advice and wasn’t pressured into having unnecessary work done. Would definitely recommend!
Excellent and efficient service. Very trustworthy. Sorted the plumbing for my elderly mother. Fantastic plumbers.
Excellent service from Ryan, he replaced my gas hob professionally. There was some additional work involved, but he kindly honoured the original agreed price. Very honest, reliable and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
Very professional and pleasant, carried out work to a high standard, reliable and good communication
**Highly Recommend** I recently had a small leak in my bathroom which unfortunately required quite a lot of work, including ripping up and replacing the flooring and fitting a new shower tray. I’m really pleased with the work that was carried out. Everything was completed to a high standard, and the bathroom has been left looking great. The lads were extremely polite, friendly and professional throughout, and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. They were respectful of my home, kept me informed about the work being carried out and were always happy to help. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing bathroom repairs or similar work done.
Excellent service fitted us a new boiler great job
Efficient, friendly, and gave me some advice. I'd be happy to contact them again for any plumbing needs.
Great Guys. Extremely Knowledgeable and Professional. Highly Recommend.
Professional and Friendly Engineers. Very Informative and Understanding. I Highly Recommend PIPE GUYS (BHAM) LTD!!!
Ryan was brilliant from start to finish. We contacted him late on Friday night (a bank holiday weekend), he gave us advice to contain the leak which was really helpful given it was leaking through from our bathroom to our kitchen. He came out to us on a bank holiday Monday - kept to time, great communication giving us updates as he found issues with future advice to prevent further issues, he was also very friendly and tidy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ryan or use him again. Thanks so much for all your help and support over this weekend!
Ryan was incredibly helpful and informative even before coming to the site, he answered many questions clearly and extensively. Once arrived, he got on with the job with a professional manner and finished the job quickly. Would definitely recommend his services for emergencies.
Great service from Pipe Guys! Arrived on time and were very polite and friendly. The job was completed quickly and efficiently and they cleaned up after themselves. My first time using this company but they’ll be the ones I call from now on for any plumbing related issues. Highly recommended!
Simion serviced our boiler was lovely and professional couldn't recommend pipe guys enough.
We had Ryan come out as our boiler broke- he was absolutely amazing, so professional and did such a great job To tie us over until a new one is fitted! 100% recommend them!
Excellent service, friendly and trustworthy
Great service - fast response, quick resolution and reasonable pricing!
Outstanding service 5 stars We had a serious plumbing emergency at a rental property we were preparing for a family member to move into, a sewage stack issue causing backup through the toilet and shower tray, plus a separate faulty cistern mechanism. Both needed urgent, out of hours attention. The Pipe Guys came out the same evening despite the late hour. Punctual, professional, friendly, they took the urgency seriously despite the stressful, messy problem. Rather than just clearing the blockage, they properly investigated the root cause and provided a detailed invoice breaking down exactly what was found and done, giving us real confidence in what we paid for. Oh, and they have a wicked van. Would recommend without hesitation to anyone facing a plumbing emergency who wants a company that does the job properly rather than just patching over the symptoms. Not to mention they helped us clean up the worst of the mess.
Simion did the service on my boiler today, very friendly and patient, would highly recommend him to others, thank you
Great service from Pipe Guys. Professional, reliable and efficient. A special thank you to Simon, who did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.
Excellent prompt polite and professional service.
Ryan and Simeon were great to communicate with, they kept me updated on the progress of the job and were friendly and helpful. A small leak in a boiler pipe was repaired quickly and a potentially serious fault with our boiler (that they identified as an aside) was addressed as a priority once they had the parts they needed. Simeon explained the problem in detail before fixing it, he then showed me how the issue had been resolved. Nice guys who did a nice job. Would be happy to use them again going forwards.
Pleasure doing business with. We have a B2B relation, smooth as silk :) One of our preferred contractors.
Have had a couple of encounters with this company where they have carried out gas safety & compliance checks within the property. Each occasion, the checks have been carried out quickly & efficiently whilst respecting the property & done with a smile. Would definitely recommend!
Pipe guys worked quickly and cleanly. Great price and the guys were very friendly and accommodating. Will use again..
Cannot thank this company enough, Have used this company on going for around 6 months now, jobs have always been completed promptly and to a high standard, cannot thank you and your team enough! Highly recommended!!
Simeon was excellent in helping us resolve a water leak at my dad’s property. He quickly got to the bottom of the issue, communicated everything clearly, and was extremely helpful throughout. He was also very clear and open when recommending further remedial work, which gave us a lot of confidence in his advice. Really appreciate the service and professionalism. I’ll definitely use them again in the future and would have no hesitation recommending them to others
Brilliant service, we are really pleased with our new boiler. Everything was explained to us. Great friendly staff.
Ryan came and fitted me a new cooker fantastic service came out same day very fair price and left area very tidy and explained to me how cooker works very happy and would recommend and use again
Ryan and Simeon managed to fit me in really quickly and were very reasonably priced compared to other plumbers I'd spoken to for the work required. Both were professional but also really down to earth, and they had the issue diagnosed and resolved within 10 minutes. Great service all round and I'd definitely use them again for any future plumbing work. Highly recommend.
Keith and Simeon came as arranged and did a good job at a reasonable price. Thank you
Very polite, completed job in timely manor.
Very disappointing experience with the service I received from this pipe guys ltd, i would never recommend..Please ensure my data is completely erased from your data base.. good bye.
I would highly recommend engineers Sim and Ryan for their excellent service. They went above and beyond by coming out late on a Friday evening to fix my boiler. I really appreciate their prompt response and dedication, as otherwise i would have been left without hot water and gas. Thank you both for your hard work and professionalism!
Fitted shower and screen. Good service. Responsive. Helpful. Happy customer.
First time using Pipe Guys and the service was great. Engineer came within the time allocated and work completed.
Very professional service. Would recommend
Simeon and Kieth came to sort the issue, they are really friendly and diagnosed the problem fast. It is solved which is such a big relief for us. Ryan is also very helpful and professional. Many thanks to the team
I had a big leak in the house and called for help. Ryan came and immediately identified the water source. It was the hot water pipe which burst and flooded the house. As the water tank is in the plant room, he couldn't stop the water. So he managed to get in touch with Seven Trent Water and The Fire Brigade to help us opening the door from the plant room and stop the water. Ryan helped us to clean the mess and stayed until he was sure that the water fully stopped. Without Ryan the electrics would have been totally damaged as they are a few inches close to the damaged pipe. I only can say a big thank you.
Sim was great, quick and friendly Thankyou :)
Ryan never disappoints! Always happy to take on the job. Fast pace service and can never fault his work
Showed up the same day we called!! Excellent service and lovely guys. Had issues with the hot water and they were able to sort it out. Highly recommend😄😄
Pipe Guys did a great job. Re located my washing machine and installed a new dishwater. Simeon and Keith were friendly and efficient. Very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them.
Sim was excellent. Came in at the right time and fixed the water leakage problem in no time. Thank you for the service.
Absolutely fantastic service, came out late at night when I had a mare and I couldn't stop a leak from under my sink. Simeon came out, explained everything and secured the leak, isolated the problem area so we could use water throughout the house still (this is a proper house that Jack built lol), he then came back the next day as parts couldn't be bought due to shops not being open at midnight (very selfish of plumbing supply shops, how dare they not be open at midnight for dumbasses like me lol) and fixed my issue. Very fast responses, very friendly service even at stupid o'clock. Massive thanks, will definitely use again and would 100% recommend
Friendly and helpful service with very fast response to call out. Highly recommended !
Thank you pipe guys specially Simeon (engineer) you did a fab job
Very very bad services 🦮🐕🐕🦺
Fantastic experience with an emergency call out. A very stressed Friday night with water flooding from pipework. Ryan and Simeon kept me informed of arrival time, were courteous and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. Super friendly and their humour helped a stressful situation become much easier. Lots of useful advice also provided. Thoroughly recommend and would certainly use again.
Brilliant service from Sim explained everything and took his time
Great service. Came within the hour call out window and fixed the problem within 10 minutes
Was really helpful during initial phone call when I explained my issue, I said it wasn't an emergency but was still able to get out to me the next working day. Very friendly and solved my problem quickly. Will definitely use again as and when required.
Ryan came and did the job excellently. My first time i ever called out an electrician. Very happy with his workmanship. Highly Recommended
Really pleased with pipe guys. Quick response to book me in for an outside tap fitting. Would 100% recommend.

Came out to our flat on short notice. Professional advice, which has been much appreciated. Will definitely be using again! Thank you to Ryan and his team.
Great experience, Russell the plumber replaced my leaking taps in under 20 minutes
Fast service they come out next day, didn’t have a outdoor tap but fitted with not even an hour, very respectful especially with working around the children, great price also, very happy and pleased with the work will definitely come again when needed.Even connected hose up for children’s inflatable assault course, kids wouldn’t be able to enjoy the pool if it wasn’t for pipe guys, BIG THANKYOU
Great communication from the point of enquiry from Ryan, Keith & Ryan attended and explained exactly what the issue was with the overflow leak on my toilet, to make matters worse for them my toilet was enclosed within a unit, with no straight forward access to the cistern, as the worktop was fitted low which resulted in Keith having to take the toilet out completely, nothing was too much trouble from Pipe Guys, no complaints, got the job done, and stuck to the pricing quoted which was very reasonable considering they had to do more work than anticipated. Would highly recommend, and I would definitely use again as the service was fantastic.
Ryan and the lads are efficient they came out within minutes sorted out my gas leak quickly. Very professional. Very reasonably priced!
Needed a gas safety certificate for my property letting agents sent a gas Engineer he sent an estimate for so called work that needed doing I sent in Pipe Guys who completed the safety certificate with no Made up work highly recommended engineer Simeon was polite and professional with my Tennant as a landlord there the only team I’m going to use from now on
Got quoted for unnecessary work, pipe guys came out to inspect and did a fantastic job at short notice. Engineers are friendly and polite. Thank you. Already booked for next years certificate and service.
Excellent service, really helpful and friendly. Had a leak fixed and new taps fitted. Our engineer Simeon was brilliant. Highly recommend

Top lads!
Fantastic service. They were so polite and left everywhere clean and tidy. 10/10 recommend thank you so much
Friendly and Professional. Put slips over their shoes to walk in the house. Informed us of what they were doing and respected our space as we were eating at the time they arrived. Very happy. Excellent service.
I contacted Pipeguys about my taps in my kitchen being changed as they were leaking, The engineer Russell came out and replaced them with some I had bought prior. All in all took around 20-30minutes to assess the situation remove and replace old taps. Incredibly quick and incredibly polite, clean and excellent manners. He also made sure he made no mess by using a flexible bucket and replaced all of my belongings back to where they came from. Definitely recommend and will be calling again to do my garden taps.
Amazing service! We had a gas leak in my grandfather's old house, Ryan and his colleague came out to us the same day we called! They came up with a fantastic solution to suit the old house (one which even British Gas engineer didn't even think to suggest!), and got the leak situation solved, along with getting us back up and running! We can't thank Ryan enough, not only for his amazing service, but also great communication and adaptability. Made a new long-term customer with our family, and we can definitely recommend Pipe Guys to all - you won't find better service!
Absolutely amazing these guys. Semeon, Keith, Ryan and a fourth guy. Courteous, polite and down to earth. Had pipe guys round to fit a new gas line. Semeon was thorough in his explanation and the options to me. The team was fantastic going above and beyond in making sure everything was working. Would highly recommend.
Had Sim and Russ come out to our property today to replace a shower. Customer service was excellent from first point of contact of arranging an appointment. Both were professional and polite. Would highly recommend this company.
Great experience with Ryan and his team Highly recommend
Contacted Pipe Guys to repair a gas pipe that was leaking. Simeon came promptly to assess the situation and repair needed As we had no water he came back that evening to carry out the repair, which we were very grateful for. Simeon was very professional and respectful of our property We would highly recommend Pipe Guys and will use them for future jobs.
Helped me out came and quoted and looked at job plus advised on what needed doing but I then subsequently canceled the job as a family member came to help and assist with the job. Thank you for coming to quote and look at the job.
👍
Contacted the pipeguys team as my sister in law needed a plumber/gas man to install her new cooker as she had recently moved into the property, although the job was not doable( gas cooker needed to be changed for electric as no connection for gas) the pipeguys came within a few hour period after a job the were currently attending in my local area, extremely courteous, punctual and professional at all times. They even came with all the materials they would have needed to install the cooker if it would have been the right one. One hundred percent recommended and will use for future plumbing and gas jobs.
Absolute pleasure to deal with, trustworthy and reliable.
Engineer was polite and efficient in his work. Went the extra mile for me, identified problems quickly and offered solutions. Would highly recommend.
Done a really good job for us and advised us regarding one or two other bits in the house. Replaced shower parts and put in a new shower screen for us as old one was broken. Thanks Ryan & team

I am beyond thrilled with the work Pipe Guys did! Ryan was an absolute gem—his politeness and professionalism were second to none. Not only did they fit my boiler and handle the plumbing flawlessly, but they did it with care and expertise that exceeded all expectations. The pricing was fantastic, but the service? Out of this world! If you want perfection, look no further—Pipe Guys and Ryan will absolutely dazzle you!

Top class
Absolutely brilliant service!!! Very quick contact in regards to messages and very quick arrival, got the job done in record time and was very polite no hassle ☺️
Professional, friendly & efficient. I think that sums these guys up. I had a slight leak below my stopcock and needed the pipe replacing. I gave these guys a call and they responded really fast, gave me a quote (which I accepted) and got to work. They were done really fast and making everything seem extremely simple. They absolutely earn the great reviews they get. (I don't have any before photos available, but imagine a corroded section of copper pipework and tap)
Literally had 3 different plumbers and electricians come out to try and diagnose a problem with my boiler keep tripping out when the hot water was turned on. Simeon from pipe guys was great. Diagnosed the problem straight away. Highly recommended. Will not be using anyone else 10/10 thankyou so much again
Very friendly staff and worked quickly and efficiently.
Professional, polite, friendly, punctual, focused and informative when asked questions. Would recommend to others without hesitation.
Had another boiler service from Pipe Guys, thankfully they sent me a reminder. The engineer arrived at the arranged time and carried out his work efficiently. Thank you for another positive experience
I don’t usually do this however I’ve attached the copy of the email I sent to the company due to my experience. See below Dear Pipeline LTD Team, I am writing to you today to share some feedback regarding one of your engineers, Sim, who has been assisting us with our heating system. We have been experiencing ongoing issues with our heating since we moved into our property last June. While the problem is still a work in progress, I wanted to let you know that Sim has made the entire process so much easier for us to handle. We have complete faith that the issue will be resolved soon with him on the case. Every time Sim visits, he is incredibly patient, thoroughly transparent about the situation, and always takes the time to answer all of our questions. He is exceptionally professional, respectful, and welcoming whenever he is in our home. Outstanding customer service and genuine kindness like Sim’s are rare, and he is an absolute credit to your company. We truly appreciate his hard work and dedication, and we would be very grateful if you could pass this praise along to him and ensure he receives the recognition he deserves. Thank you for your time, and please extend our warmest thanks to Sim.

Absolutely brilliant bloke work was perfect cleaned up nice and tidy after would highly recommended
Amazing service, proffessional, polite will definatley be using again.
Had a very positive experience. The kitchen tap stopped working and water wouldn't stop running even when the tap was turned off, so had to turn off the water supply. After contacting several different plumbers around 9:00am (none of whom answered my call) I remembered that I had used Pipe Guys before in 2024. I called them, they picked up the phone immediately, and thankfully they still had my phone number and address on their records. They were very helpful and clear in their communication, and prompt to arrange a convenient time to fix the problem the following day. The following day, I received a visit from Simeon. Simeon was very courteous and professional, and replaced the old tap with a new one with minimum fuss. He properly checked that everything was in working order with the new tap, and all mess was properly cleaned up before leaving. Overall, excellent service and professionalism, and will definitely use their services again if needed.
Professional, good work

I had a plumber from Pipe Guys Ltd attend my home yesterday and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He did a fantastic job from start to finish and was professional throughout. I also asked if he could take care of an additional small job that he wasn’t originally booked in for, and he was more than happy to help, which I really appreciated. He was very respectful of my home, worked cleanly, and made sure everything was tidy before leaving. It’s always reassuring to have someone so considerate and thorough. Overall, a great experience — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pipe Guys Ltd and will definitely use them again in the future

Very easy to contact and quick replies. Reliable service and never had a problem used for a few years now.
I will be firm on the initial quote and be awre if they are last people to use them. Last year i called f9r a joing pipe and their plumber came 1pm although claim to be in anothr job. They left till 5pm and for nimerous text and calls. They came back claiming buying a tool. He charge me £340 for time and was shocked amd told me the time i have been here. Contact their office and they also claimed that that is the time. Their plumber Ryan was holding a knife he was using to claim to be using to connect the pipe. At industrial area everyone has left in the middle of 2 men. I paid and made complain and this company told me to do whatever i want. I felt rubbed under knife. BE AWARE BEFORE HIRE THEM
Highly recommend Ryan, He came out in the middle of the night to fix a bad water leak and a broken heating system. He was quick to respond, very efficient, and prevented my house from flooding. Excellent communication and a good price too. 5-star service!

Our boiler failed us at the latest cold spell. It failed over the weekend so very inconvenient. I phoned them on the Sunday and, over the phone, Keith talked me through how to get the boiler working until they came out on the Monday. They unblocked the condensation pipe in no time, and checked over the boiler. While here I got them to service the boiler. I would highly recommend this company.
Great service from Ryan & Keith, turned up same day on time in the evening to sort out a problem we suffered during the day. Many thanks.

Explained the possible cause of the blockage too. I would highly recommend Pipe Guys for all your plumbing requirements/issues.
We called out Ryan as we were desperate for some help for a leaking boiler. He was there within 2 hours and gave us advice and information needed to get things sorted. Provided an excellent service at very short notice, very friendly team, l would highly recommend
Excellent service and workmanship from Ryan We Would recommend 100%
Ryan is fab , great service
Took a punt on these guys after reading reviews. Turns out they were absolutely amazing! My elderly parents had some dodgy plumbing work done in their bathroom by a different company which ended up leaking and coming through their ceiling below. Pipe Guys came in, identified the problem and got everything cleaned up and sorted quickly and without fuss. What I really liked about them is the way they genuinely cared about the fact my parents were vulnerable and needed professional help to fix a total mess quick, and that they managed to sort everything, plumbing & plastering, all in-house. Thanks a lot to Ryan and his whole team, highly recommend them.
Job completed very satisfied Ryan is so knowledgable and explained everything about the job in hand
Contacted this business, was abit sceptical as not used them before.. but Ryan was very polite & professional.. Good communicator.. did the job well with a few extras thrown in & still within the agreed price.. Made sure all was working fine, before leaving my home.. i would highly recommend
I called Pipe guys on boxing day as Cadent has shut my gas off due to a leak on Christmas Day evening. Ryan came out on boxing day afternoon and we talked through options and I decided on some new external pipework/ gas line to be fitted. Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was going to complete the works for me on boxing day evening although it was 18:30 to ensure I had hot water and heating. However, I suggested doing it the next day (I appreciate the commitment from Ryan that he was going to stay late to complete it). Ryan turned up first thing the next morning and completed the work. Everything was done to a high standard and communication was excellent throughout. I would 100% recommend Ryan and Pipe Guys. Thank you!
Cant fault the service, professionalism and politeness shown , came out withing 15 minutes of me calling to say I had a baby at my property , problem fixed and everything explained to me , Ryan was amazing and such a lovely person, even though he was clearly very busy on boxing day of all days, we really appreciate his help, highly recommend.

Two days ago I had an issue with the downstairs saniflow toilet and it flooded the downstairs bathroom. I had to turn off the water to the house and a busy household with school in the morning that was a real issue. With in 2 hours of the initial call Franklyn arrived, identified the issue as a faulty inlet valve. This was nearly at 12am. He was able to isolate the toilet so we. could turn on the water and be ready for school in the morning. By 10.30 the next day, the engineer arrived, fixed the problem. Checked I was happy with the work and that was it. I was very happy with the quick turnaround around and the price of the repair. Happy to recommend and promote s local business.

Because of this positive experience, I also asked him to look at replacing my kitchen tap and shower which had developed their own faults and this was done as soon as the new ones arrived. I asked Ryan to choose the new shower and tap for me and he chose perfectly. Ryan is a top bloke and friendly always arriving with a handshake and a smile in addition to good communication about when he will be there. The best I’ve ever experienced. Even took care of a side issue we had with our radiator not working with no extra charge. Great service, would highly recommend
Called Ryan out due to a leak that seemed to be coming from the boiler. Ryan informed us that a new boiler was needed and he charged us nearly £4k to have it installed the following day. Ryan seems polite at first but this disappears when things go wrong. His workmanship is beyond poor. The day after the new boiler was installed the leak was still happening. Ryan realised the leak was never actually coming from the boiler but actually from a pipe in the ceiling above the boiler. Therefore, we didn't actually need a new boiler!! He just needed to find and repair the leak in the pipework. The new boiler was also throwing up a fault because Ryan had not completed the installation properly. We gave Ryan many chances over 2 weeks to fix the problems, he kept promising to until going silent. Only responding to us once we wrote a review on checkatrade. Then he harassed us saying our review was damaging to his business (however it was true). He could not see why we would be disappointed with the service we received and his work. Just kept arguing with us, became very unprofessional. Said he would only come out to correct the issues if we changed our review from 1 star - blackmail. Reported to Checkatrade and Gas Safe who have both sent inspectors to the property and noted that the boiler has not been installed to the required standards. Ryan has not contacted us to correct the issues as he should following the inspections although lied and said he did. If you use this Company you are taking a risk because if anything goes wrong, I can guarantee Ryan has no intention of fixing the issue probably because he doesn't know how to. Don't be fooled by the polite talk!
Excellent work, very professional, clean and tidy, would definitely recommend!
Highly recommend! :)
Great friendly service from start to finish . I would recommend 👍
Very quick, easy experience, pet friendly, unless you’re a French bulldog (only joking, plumber was brilliant with our two shy cats) would recommend.
Ryan and his team are absolutely brilliant carnt fault any of the work they have done for me and the company I work for Emma's properties. There work is to a very high standard they are also hard working and reliable would recommend these guys to anyone.
Great service, very friendly and excellent communication. Highly recommended 👌
"Ryan promptly arrived on-site to resolve an emergency water leak in no time. I definitely recommend his services for any plumbing and gas-related work. Ryan is highly professional and goes the extra mile to assist his customers."
Ryan was excellent. He was so accommodating and explained everything. I was really worried about the property and being a landlord and not being local you always feel as though 'some'wpukd take advantage. Emma's Properties recommended Ryan and he didn't let us down. He resolved all the issues, put the tenants mind at ease, worked late and got the job done. If you need anything with Gas or any of his other services I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him. Absolutely excellent.
1st class service, installed my new Main boiler did an amazing job very neat tidy installation, would definitely recommend 100%. Aftercare has also been great Thanks 😊
Very professional and reliable. Estimate, work and invoice really well done. We had an emergency and came on a Saturday morning. Wish there were more professionals like Frank. Thanks a lot. Muchas gracias!
Franklin has worked on a few jobs for me some 2019. So helpful and informative. He has a lovely attitude to work and nothing ever seems to be a bother. Thoroughly recommend him.

Pipe Guys. I saw a committed effort in fitting the Sink Unit at my daughters home. All of the services prior are back up and running. The pipework looks really good and most of all very tidy. Thanks to Ryan and Chris. I will use their services again and have no problem in recommending them.
Incredible service. Good communication, reliable and friendly and helped me understand what was wrong and how to avoid issues in the future. As a woman living alone Ryan made me feel very comfortable
I would highly recommend as I have used before my boiler kept cutting out intermittent problem Pipe guys found the problem fixed it and they supplied a carbon monoxide detector as mine wasn't working. I have had two new radiators fitted 5 ⭐ they cleaned up nice guys.
Thank you so much to Ryan who came out and checked all the gas in the house, was very efficiant so polite and a funny guy! Thanks again!!
Lovely guys Thorough, prompt, excellent job No hurdle is too high for this company Explained all works as we went along complete with self explanatory footage Cheers for cleaning up much appreciated Many thanks 😊
Ryan came out to sort a leak under the sink for me. He came straight away on his way to work to take a look, as I had been let down by two plumbers in the area recently (one who took a look then didn't return and the other who said he had fixed the problem but hadn't). He managed to fix the problem really easily, and didn't even charge me for his time. Very polite, efficient, professional yet personable, even making my very anxious little boy feel comfortable. Would highly recommend and will be using from now on! Thanks Ryan
Fantastic service from Ryan and his colleague Would definitely recommend and already have to several very satisfied customers
I received 5 star service, fitted my bathroom tab, decent price and very professional highly recommend 🙏
Very quick and professional service! They sorted my boiler issue out very quickly. Would recommend to anyone 👍🏼
Requested a call out for a replacement boiler. Pipe Guys was efficient, polite , tidy and I was very happy with their service.
Pipe guys are great. I had a young man called Ryan to help sort out my mom’s cooker that required assembly and fitting. He kept us up to date with costs and dates and times to get the job done. My mom (who’s elderly) felt comfortable and safe with him in the house. He was very polite and professional. The price was cheaper than getting curry’s to do it. Definitely recommend Pipe Guys.
Ryan and Frank were swift, tidy and professional throughout. We had no hot water, which wasn't ideal with a newborn. With it being late in the day I expected to get an answerphone like the other 2 company's I'd tried, but Ryan said they'd be able to head over once they'd finished with their current customer. They arrived after business hours, updating me throughout and had our hot water back up and running in time for the little ones bath time. I can't recommend them highly enough.
So ryan came out for fit me a new boiler on the 8th of November shocking workmanship took 4 days to fit the boiler charged me £4600.49 the boiler then started losing pressure in march rang him bk out took 8 days to come out then tried to charge mr a further £284 emergency call out fee 8 days after contacting him on the 29th of March the boiler again just stopped working it has since been condemned never ever again would I use pipe guys shocking shocking and shocking I'm now seeking legal advice regarding this company
did a boiler swap was very professional, no complaints pleased with the work will use again
Ryan fitted a boiler for my family and it was later condemned as unsafe. Shocking workmanship which could cause loss of life.
Needed an urgent boiler swap as had no heating in the house in this cold weather and children too. Ryan came for a call-out, him and his crew sprung into action putting work right from the previous bad plumber, swift, clean and ultra polite workmanship at a brilliant price. He also got me a roofer and really good alarm technician. I’ve recommended them to 3 of my family and some friends who are overjoyed with the work that has been done. Keep up the good work Ryan and many thanks again, we have even Cancel are British Gas contract like my friends and set one up with Ryan.
