From our first conversation on the phone to the completed job, every stage was a pleasure. Cannot wait to work with you guys again very soon!! A massive thank you once again for EVERYTHING!!

Would 100% recommend itchen glass and glazing. Carmine gave us great advice when we were picking our windows and doors. The guys installing were friendly and professional, were very clean and tidy and even fixed my front door. Thank you so much we are so pleased, can't wait to get the rest of the house done :)

Had my windows replaced with triple glazing, absolutely over the moon. Fitters were amazing, no mess left behind wouldn't know they had been there. No hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

Excellent service ,lovely team, very responsive and friendly.

Professional, friendly service with quick turn-around time. New composite door looks great.

Great job and fast turnaround very impresive.

Itchen Glass installed a door and window at the back of our garage where there had previously been a "through and through" up and over door. We had the brickwork carried out separately prior to that. They did a great job and would certainly have them back for any other work we might need in future.

Itchen Glass & Glazing helped out when I needed the installation of some windows identifying. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I can highly recommend them.

Had two bay windows replaced and a composite door fitted ,quality of the windows and door were very good. The installation team were very professional and attention to detail was excellent.

I had my front door and window done recently, and I also asked them to change the locking mechanism for my bathroom window as it couldn't open. It was a no-nonsense process. The crew were friendly and were able to complete the job within a good timeframe, the job was quoted at a reasonable price, they answered my questions promptly (I sent these via email), and they didn't try to take advantage or oversell.

Definitely recommend them if you want to get your windows changed. Amazing quality windows and finished the job at a high standard. A very lovely and friendly working crew.

Fast and friendly service,Top Quality product.First class fitters,I would highly recommend using the company.

Amazing communication, amazing job! Brilliant and tidy! Can’t recommend enough!

I have recently installed two new doors for my new porch and I'm very happy with the result. The quality of the doors is exceptional, and the installation was quick and smooth. Giles and his team are very professional and precise. Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend highly enough! An excellent, efficient, friendly, stress free service from start to finish, and a great product too, expertly fitted. The reviews of others reflect this. Undoubtedly it has been the best experience I have had with a trade in years, really refreshing, and a huge thanks to a great team!

Excellent service from start to finish , very satisfied with the work , excellent guys work to a very high standard, clean , tidy & respectful of the property, would highly recommend this company

Kitchen window hinge replacement and new Bathroom toilet window replacement. Work completed to a high standard. Good communication throughout. Thank you very much.

Great job! Excellent service from A to Z - quick email exchange, flexible appointments to survey and measure and installation well ahead of the lead time. On the day of the installation, the team arrived on time, were very polite and respectful of the property. I am not easy to impress, but the attention to detail is the best asset with this company. The doors were just like I wanted them. Trims, caulk/silicone absolutely perfect. And what’s also important - great aftercare. There were very minor issues post installation that were resolved timely and with no fuss at all. Highly recommend this company

Damaged my window whilst cleaning, phoned for help and within 24 hours the part had been ordered, delivered and installed. I was kept informed of situation at all times. Could not have asked for better. Thank you Giles and team

Had all my windows and doors replaced for the designer to the fitters we were very happy with the team and process from start to finish. Product is of a very high quality and finish, Much better than what we had before. No pushy sales, no tricks and top quality workmanship. This company accommodated me on a tight schedule. Very happy and would recommend. Thank you all..

superb quality service! from quotations, measurements till fittings of windows and doors. utmost QUALITY is their vision with affordability. kudos to Giles & team!

Itchen Glass replaced our lounge window after an attempted burglary. Their work was efficient and professionally completed. We are very satisfied with the work and grateful that they made and fitted the window quickly so as to make our home secure. Thank you Itchen Glass. Wonderful to support a localcompany.

Carmine who'll do your inspection and site visit is a technician and installer himself. The reason why I'd recommend them is because he's incredibly sharp on looking for and accounting for the things which could cause a problem later on. This is where the skill lies. You can only do that successfully with experience. But as it's his family business it was abundantly clear that it's a point of personal pride to make sure each job is going to withstand the test of time. You absolutely need someone like this if you want to avoid any problems in the future.

Had all of my windows and front door replaced by this guys back in July 2023. Great service. Top professionals. Great price and quality, helpful and reliable 👍 only positive attitude and great approach. Easy to work with. Definitely recommend and will use them again. Unfortunately, I haven't got any pictures on the phone.

Really pleased with the work done to install a new window and bifold doors. Work was carried out super efficiently and on shedule with everything left clean and tidy. It's been great being able to throw the door open on a hot day!

I have used Itchen Glass a couple of times now, and always find them professional and reliable. Carmine recently came out to try and solve an issue with patio doors and was very patient and helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

I’ve just had two bay windows replaced (lounge and first floor bedroom). The whole experience has been superb. Carmine explained in detail all the features of the windows, was happy to arrange building control visits (I wanted to get a FENSA certificate) and quoted a very fair price, which he left me in peace to consider and decide on. No chasing phone calls, such as you get with the national companies, offering discounts ‘if you order now’. The fitters were efficient, knowledgeable and very clean workers, so much so that I had planned to hoover the lounge at the end of the first day but this turned out to be unnecessary! Do give this company a chance if you want replacement windows and please don’t be put off by the fact that their price will be significantly lower than any quoted by a national company. They are a family based-business with a flat structure and very low overheads and that is how they compete – not by cutting corners. I cannot recommend them strongly enough and they will be my first choice for any further replacements.

I’m extremely fussy and don’t mind admitting it. These are an absolutely amazing company. I was expecting to need fillers after having my windows taken out and new ones put in, but what a lovely job they did, no mess, on-time great value and Giles so helpful, patient and polite. I picked them from their reviews, well I can say that they certainly live up to them, amazing. I would definitely recommend and use again. 5*

Absolutely fantastic job on my new kitchen door. The guys were professional and the whole process was very good value for money. Many thanks.

where do i start? first off job assessed and was impressed by Carmines technical knowledge and kindly manner.....these guys do the job with little overheads and purported to do an excellent refitting of 2 d/glazed A rated doors and repair of blown triple glass panel using quality glass and liniar units at a great price. cannot fault the workmanship ! Giles requires a pay rise for all hes achieved in the manufacture. thanks a million

Straightforward and friendly service. None of the hard sell, just an easy quote and then booked in and completed within a few weeks. Price was as per quote and very reasonable too. The fitters were friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I would like to thank all of the staff who played their part in achieving an excellent installation of new double glazed doors and windows at our 2 properties in Woolston. The office staff were very thorough with the quotation provided and they ensured that the projects were scheduled and all completed on the promised days. I was given regular updates of the scheduling of the works. They even accommodated some extra works into the programme at short notice. The installation teams were very friendly and professional. They kept the work areas clean and tidy and the standard of installation was excellent. The work was also completed quickly but without any compromise in quality. We will definitely be using their services in the future and would recommend them to others too. We are a dementia care home and rely on our home to be safe and secure for our residents and Itchen Glass and Glazing have helped us in achieving this. Had my windows and new front door done, highly recommend!

We highly recommend this company. The guys did an amazing job. We are delighted with our new windows and doors. Very straight and above board..thank you

I’m glad I contacted them as their advise saved me lots of headaches. I emailed them my enquiry and they called me back the day after, instead of coming to the property and charge me they were able to advise and help me on the phone. Very good customer service.

No sales pitch or hard sell (which is an instant off put for us) Listened to what we required, and kept us informed on the progress of manufacture. Excellent value for money, lovely lads done the installation, a follow up call from Carmine to make sure we were happy and had no issues. Would highly recommend - would definitely use again without shopping around anywhere else!!

I am very happy with the service. The company installed our windows and doors to a very high standard, and the cost was as quoted. The workers were neat and they have done very professional job. They are easy to contact, and they have resolved any post installation issues immediately after we let them know about this. An excellent company.

A great service, super quick to reply to my questions and really informative in the process. Attended the property quickly to quote and measure up. Then fitted quickly afterwards and were really professional.

I had a double-glazed bedroom window which couldn't be closed after the handle malfunctioned - Itchen Glass and Glazing fixed the problem within a day. I am hugely grateful for a fantastic service; prompt and expert service, fixed quickly by a very helpful professional gent. Highly recommended. For any double glazing issue, Itchen Glass and Glazing will be my first port of call from now on.

Due to the salty air at our office most of our windows had siezed and locks were broken. The guys were excellent. Very professional and rose to the challenge as it was not an easy job. Polite, clean and efficient. I would highly recommend. Williams Shipping.

Carmine and his team installed a double-height window made up of multiple double-glazed panels with integral French doors in black powder-coated aluminium. The effect is stunning and the work is top quality all round for a very reasonable price. Carmine is excellent to deal with - his communication is clear and concise and his team of installers are very quick and efficient. I would recommend Itchen Glass highly.

I got a cat flap holed double glazed unit they made for me. I can't fault them with the unit no scratches fit perfectly and the cat flap fits Brilliantly. thanks so much I will be back and will tell everyone thanks so much

Amazing job. Thank you so much. Highly recommended wery good quality and quick fitting.

Had a window that was stuck open, after sending a few photos they took time out of their busy schedule to pop to mine quick, having if fixed in about 10 minutes! Not only was it incredibly fast service, due to it being such a simple job they didn’t even charge me for it in the end, unheard of these days! Thank you again for your honest and reliable service, will definitely recommend and use in the future :)

Very pleased with the work carried out by Itchen Glass and Glazing. Efficient, friendly and competitively priced. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would certainly use them again! Many thanks!

When we needed a new front door and a window unit replaced, we asked Itchen Glass to quote for the work, along with two others. We were impressed by their approach and their competitive pricing, so went with them and we were not disappointed. Their communication was fantastic throughout and we ended up with exactly what we wanted, fitted to a high standard. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

After 26 years my wooden stained windows were in definite need of replacement. Itchen Glass were one of four local companies to quote and not only was their quote the lowest, I was won over by the professional but low key sales survey. It took the team two and a half days to replace eleven windows including a bay and patio doors. I am very impressed by the product and the installation. The house looks clean and fresh and my neighbours have been complementing me on how different it looks. In fact my next door neighbour has already booked Itchen to come back in about 8 weeks to completely replace his windows and doors. I would happily recommend this company for both product, installation and communications. A great job!

Amazing service from start to finish! Highly recommend and cannot prase them enough -- very helpful, professional, and accommodating. Really happy with my new doors and windows.

Brilliant at what they do and very friendly definitely recommend!

Very good service. Friendly. Quick response. Patient. Thanks very much for helping with extra work. Highly recommended! 👍

Would highly recommend Itchen Glass and Glazing for their prompt, friendly, professional service. Great service and very competitive prices. A fabulous family run company. Would always use them again.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Giles, Carmine and the team were extremely professional and knowledgeable keeping us updated every step of the way. They helped to recommend what windows looked good as we didn't have a clue, as well as sending us through a few different designs to help us choose. We also had a beautiful front door fitted and it all looks clean and fresh! The fitting team were amazing, friendly and clean, despite our house being a bit difficult. We even got a visit to check everything was good when they finished the job. Thank you for your amazing work! Definitely recommend!

Very prompt , professional, friendly. Cost was reasonable. Had a minor problem, sorted this out immediately. Itchen Glass will always be my first choice.

We had new windows and a door fitted by this company all over the house, including 3 bay windows. We are very happy with the quality of our new windows, but even more impressed by the hard-working, cheerful helpfulness of the team. Malcolm, Mason, Ryan and Scott all showed a willingness to do any extra little thing at a minute's notice (even completely stripping out and reassembling a faulty window fitted by another company). Unlike other companies, they didn't charge extra for details such as chrome handles, capping window sills etc. We would be happy to recommend them. Richard & Jackie

Lovely guys turned up and fitted a beautiful style door with cladding on top too! The surveyor came out twice to make sure everything was correct and very happy with the service! Would definitely use again! 👌

Great service and would highly recommend. Promptly answered my initial enquiry and quickly arranged a site visit. Competitive prices and supplied quickly and on time as per quotation. Fitters were great, knowledgable and very helpful. Went beyond the call of duty and without being asked adjusted our door which was wonky and would not close. Great local company which I would happily use again.

New windows are fab, fitters were efficient and tidy and ensured a very high standard finish. Extremely happy with the service received.

They replaced a shattered french door panel with a minimum of fuss. A good job.

just had 7 x window replace . the team arrived on time and delivered a professional 5 star service can not recommend them enough.

From first to last contact all went without fault. They provided my quotation promptly and answered emails quickly, after having three quotes their price was spot on for the quality of materials. The installation went smoothly, on time and without fault; we are very happy with our new windows. Very friendly and would be happy to have them back.

Carmine and the team recently replaced the aged and failing secondary glazing in our house with their superb quality double glazing windows. The team were courteous and professional, and they were also very clean and tidy. We are delighted with the windows and the service we received!

They Work to high standards keeping jobsight very clean and was rely respectfull around my home as I have two kids I'm more then than happy with the doors and will be using them again and highly recommend

Can't rate Itchen Glass and Glazing highly enough. Very professional all round. They responded to my initial enquiry quickly. We agreed which door was best to replace the old wooden garage access door. Giles gave me the info I needed vis phone and email and Carmine came round to take measurements then ultimately fit the door later on. Workmanship to excellent quality with full explanation of all elements and reasons. Also fixed a misted pane in the house. Carmine even went the extra mile and helped fix an alignment issue I had with the patio door for free! I seriously couldn't ask for more and would not hesitate to recommend them!

Guys did a great job at our place - All very neat and tidy with no mess. Helpful advice and an explanation of what options we had on the day. Very happy to recommend this firm.

Very helpful and friendly company . The fitter worked very hard and tidy up behind himself when he was finished. Will definitely use this company again.

This company is just brilliant. The professionalism shown was outstanding. I thank them for curing my problems which the original fitting team could not do. Itchen double glazing is a company which goes the extra mile and show they care by demonstration. The difficult task to repair an ill fitting door was carried out cheerfully and by a competent, pleasant person. He arrived when he said he would so no waiting around

Brilliant customer service. The guy came to take measurements was extremely friendly and helpful with information on the different types of glass etc. On installation, the installer was very professional, kept the area clean and cleared up before leaving, taking any unwanted waste. I am pleased with the new door and would highly recommend this company.

Excellent Service from a local company. Highly recommended, very friendly and efficient. A well executed job, completed on time and in budget.

Helpful and responsive while arranging a quote, really prompt, flexible with dates and well priced. When they were here they were efficient, friendly, polite and clearly professional. What more could you ask for.

Had 3 windows fixed as they had condensated on the inside. They were really quick and friendly, and really reasonably priced. Would use again!

Everything you could want from a local family firm, prompt, efficient and friendly service. Excellent all round. Website was clear as to what they could do, i.e. as a glazing company they also carry out repairs to window frames. Initial reason for contacting them was to replace 3 misted double glazing units, however they also repaired a rubber gasket on another window and a transom window in a conservatory that would not open at no extra charge. On fitting one of the units some of the leadlight strips were out of line, within an hour the fitter had taken it back to their factory to be redone and then fitted it so that everything aligned. Fairly safe to say one would not get this level of service from a national company.

Fantastic company; cannot recommend highly enough. We were doing an extension to a 1920s property and they supplied us with windows in white and anthracite grey for the different parts of the building as well as a door for the new entrance. Extremely fast to respond to queries, they came out to measure up and then had the first windows ready so speedily it was great. The guys were always polite and courteous and nothing was too much bother. A year after completion a window has recently been broken by a flying stone and Carmine was with us within a couple of days to check the damage with the replacement ready shortly after.

Very efficient and prompt service from this company. Employed their services to install new windows and a front door, and they did a fantastic job. Customer service was excellent and so was their attention to detail. Highly recommended.

The boys did a beautiful job. New windows throughout. They were professional , clean and tidy. They just came in and got the job done no messing. We were over the moon with the work.

Fast and efficient repair for a good price. Highly recommend.

Very efficient service from start to finish. Carmine and the lads were pleasant, tidy and made a very impressive job of fitting a whole new shop front. I have no hesitation in recommending Itchen Glass.

After their excellent service fitting a new kitchen window for me, I went back to them for a much-needed new front door. Not only does it look great, I no longer need to fear locking myself out as the lock is of the sensible variety! As before, the service was excellent with the work carried our efficiently and tidily. Lovely guys - really friendly and helpful.

Very efficient and friendly service. Would highly recommend.

Could not recommend Carmine and team enough! Its a big decision spending a lot of money on doors and windows and not something that can be changed easily so important to get it right! They turned up on time to discuss options, measure up and then fit. Nothing was too much trouble and suggestions on layouts has made a huge difference! His team were polite and clean and job was finished to very high standard in some very challenging weather with the absolute minimum of damage when removing old units!! One small issue was addressed straight away and rectified without hesitation and that is all you can ask for. Nice to see a company that practices with they preach and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to friends and family.

To begin with, they responded to my enquiry made via their website very quickly, unlike others. They came to see what I need within a few days, and I was very impressed with Carmine, one of the partners, who was polite, friendly and very helpful. My new window was fitted within 10 days with the minimum of mess and disruption, and is perfect. A simple, practical design that is easy for me to open (being vertically challenged). I have now ordered a new front door from this excellent, local company.

I had 3 companies quote for a new door and windows. All were a similar price but i chose itchen glass and glazing due to their longevity in the business. Product arrived within the time scale quoted. A team arrived to complete fitting. Two problems arose after fitting day but were dealt with speedily and with no quibble . Would highly recommend

Called these guys up to come and repair a couple of windows and did a fantastic job. Fast efficient service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this company!

Carmine and team installed new windows and door at our property in Hamble. They were brilliant and did the job quickly with no fuss at all. When we had a problem with the door (heat related, not installation related) they came out immediately & fixed it for us without a hitch. Would strongly recommend them and their services.

Excellent company from first contact to completion. A fast, efficient, clean & tidy service. Great sense of humour, thoroughly recommend. Mr Duff.

I called itchen glass and glazing for a quote to replace some windows at my home, they turned up when they said and gave me a good quote , I used them for the job. Clean and tidy service with friendly staff, would highly recommend.

Carmine and Archi popped around to have a look at my French doors at 1 of my properties within 15 mins of speaking to him.

A team of friendly and helpful guys. Great communication, work completed to a high standard quickly and any problems which arose were solved fast. I will be highly reccomending itchen glass to everyone 😊

Very impressed with the quality of the materials and the ability to tailor make my new door with extra security features, non of which was a problem for them, and then two very capable installer/fitters turned up as arranged and set to work promptly, they finished the fitting of my new door and side panel very professionally, with real attention to detail, and superb level of finish. Better than any other double glazing products I’ve had fitted over the years. Praise where praise is due!

I was impressed with the speed and quality of the service. I made use of the supply and fit offer. I would definitely recommend the service.
