My boiler stopped working , I had no hot water or heating. I had Samuel come out to my home, top man very polite and professional and sorted the issue out in no time!

Samuel done a great job , he was extremely professional and polite. Highly recommend.

From the very first interaction, Samuel was professional and polite. He was very accommodating and moved things around to fit in a job for me last minute, for which I was very grateful for. I had two vertical radiators installed in one of my properties and his work and attention-to-detail was second-to-none and the price was also very reasonable. Samuel is now my go-to plumber going forwards.

Great service. I was concerned as it was Saturday afternoon and I was struggling to find someone to complete an urgent job before Monday. Samuel sourced the materials and fitted them on the same day. I'm a single father of three young children, so was dreading a busy weekend with no shower. I was relieved that I found someone reliable and competent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Highly recommend, found and fixed the problem quickly.

Amazing work. Had a new oven delivered this morning and had to have my old removed and new one fitted in. Samuel was amazing! Fitted oven safely and made sure it was same height as my surface. Really appreciate how fast they fit me in and veryy good price.

Excellent service. Arrived on time, removed old shower and fitted new one. Work done very quickly and cleaned up when done. Lovely and polite engineer, would definitely recommend.

The technician (Sam) arrived well within the estimated time frame. He worked quickly and efficiently with no judgment and we were very happy with the outcome.

**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Boiler Repair Service!** I recently had my boiler repaired by Birmingham Heating and Cooling, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! From the initial call to the completion of the job, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The technician arrived on time, was polite, and took the time to explain the issue in detail. They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it with no hassle. What impressed me most was their honesty—they didn’t try to upsell unnecessary parts or services, just provided a fair, transparent solution. My boiler is now working perfectly, and the whole experience was stress-free. I highly recommend Birmingham Heating and Cooling for anyone needing reliable, trustworthy boiler repairs. Five stars without a doubt!

Outstanding service and work here. Samuel Lowman attended promptly to my elderly infirm mother in law. We had a leaking pipe in a loft crawl space. Tidy work full explained. Excellent highly recommended

Samuel was an absolute life saver, he was a massive help to me when my tap broke randomly at the beginning of January! He is friendly, understanding and very efficient. He went above and beyond to help me and was very quick when fixing the issue. I will definitely be calling again for future problems. He’s a star!!

Highly recommend Sam! He works promptly, considerably and clean. He is very friendly and recommended some tips for maintaining the boiler. Definitely will rely on his services in future!

Kitchen tap wasn't heating up and other plumbers declared that the job wasn't worth the hassle. Samuel came out promptly, diagnosed the problem and put in a swift fix. Good communication, pleasant chap and the fee was entirely reasonable.

Samuel has done quite a few jobs for me recently. Super nice and friendly and professional! Highly recommended!

This company rock! It's a breath of fresh air to find a plumbing company that are so customer focused. They do a splendid job every time (we have used them 3 times now) and their prices are very competitive. They fit you in speedily and the attention to detail is even covering their shoes when walking in your house! If you need a plumber make the call - you won't be disappointed.

Excellent service. Samuel was prompt and reliable service. Problem identified and resolved. Hot water evr since 😊

Neil came over to have a look at a leak we were having from our shower. He did an exceptional job and gave us great future advice. I would definitely recommend him.

Sam came to our rescue twice when our boiler started to play up and got it back to working order. When we decided it was time to replace it we knew he was the man for the job. He worked tirelessly with his colleague Gary what proved to be tricky installation. They stayed until 9.30pm to ensure we had heating as we have 2 young children, which really was above and beyond what we would have expected. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Really efficient service, Samuel fixed 3 leaks. Kept me informed and tidied up as he went along. Wood highly recommend.

Have recently used the company twice . Excellent costumer service Samuel completed both jobs efficiently . Very polite . Explained what he was doing . I would recommend to friends and will definately use again .

I've been fortunate to use Samuel for a number of plumbing jobs and he's always done a great job, is polite, communicates well, and doesn't overcharge. He'll take on small and larger jobs, is knowledgeable, and doesn't do work that's not required. I thoroughly recommend him.

Excellent work carried out in replacing an old Boiler with a Valiant Eco tech combi boiler. Samuel who is the sole trader had quoted a really competitive price and honoured the OAP discount he provides. Would definitely recommend.
