Flexible Heating Services Ltd

Really reliable business, they did some work next door to me so I asked for a quote to move the boiler in our house and fit a couple of radiator's. Work was done to perfection and so glad I went with these guys. Highly recommended.

Fantastic company! Recently had air con fitted after being messed around by multiple places. A friend recommended them after using them for other work and from start to finish, they were clear on pricing, there was no hidden costs and they got the work done quicker than expected considering the demand for AC. The guys are very knowledgeable and I would absolutely use them again!

Excellent efficient service from Chris at Flexible Heating. They fixed a new shower screen for me and replaced a sink, very tidy work, would definitely use them again, thank you.

Excellent service from Chris and Mike at Flexible Heating this last few weeks. They were very professional with a wealth of knowledge but very approachable and friendly. A bonus was that they even used shoe covers over their shoes to protect our floors when working inside which was brilliant. We will be using them again and they come highly recommended from me. Thank you. Catherine Hood

Recently completed a mega installation of Vaillant boiler and Unistor 180lt hot water cylinder now warm and cosy highly recommended.

Fantastic! I called Mike regarding an issue with our heating system, he took my initial call, and then called me back as he said he would (Excellent communication) making an appointment. Arrived promptly on time diagnosed and repaired the issue. First rate engineer, we will be using again for system upgrades and recommend to family & friends. Thank you Mike (Flexible Heating) Marchwood.

Wow! Mike is the most genuine plumber I have ever had in 35 years & I have tried a few. His knowledge & honesty saved me £2,000 ! From another plumbers quote saying the whole boiler needed replacing, it did not! Mike was polite & has done 5 star work & been very thorough. If you want a genuine plumber who will not rip you off, Mike is your man! Thanks Mike!

Michael at Flexible Heating Services is excellent. We needed a new boiler fitted at our property in Portswood. He moved stuff around to accommodate us as it was an emergency. Michael is friendly, professional and an expert at what he does as well as being fair on price. Very highly recommend him and his company.

Having come to our rescue at the end of last year, we honoured our promise to ask Mike to install our new boiler. He came to check this on 15th May and we agreed a date for fitting, 7th July. We have tried several times to confirm this date by text and voicemail but had no response and so here we are with a kitchen in disarray, a boiler ready to go and deafening silence from this engineer. If it’s no longer possible, or convenient, to carry out this work, that’s fair enough, but to ignore us is unprofessional and rude. We are very disappointed and could never recommend this company.

Excellent service, prompt and professional. Repaired the initial problem with boiler and also detected a gas leak which was rectified immediately. Will definitely use again, and happy to recommend to others. Thanks Mike

Clean, Polite, Professional chap, came out quickly for a boiler breakdown, repaired temporally then came back 2 days later with new part and repaired permanently 👍
