Best in business. Top Class services.

We had 4 bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom ( toilet room) all done at the same time. The boys worked very hard to get the house finished. It took 10 weeks from start to end and looks incredible. Ryan’s team are hardworking, trustworthy and respectful. I would strongly recommend them.

Ryan is absolutely top-notch. Him and his team are specialists in boilers, underfloor heating, bathrooms and kitchens — all work is high quality, efficient, and professional. I’ve had the privilege of doing tiling for them many times and every time the job runs smoothly: great communication, reliable scheduling, and a strong attention to detail. If you need plumbing or heating work, I’d recommend Ryan without hesitation.

Ryan and his team have worked on a variety of projects for me over the years. This includes a full bathroom transformation, kitchen installation, emergency drain support and a full boiler fit/power flush. Ryan is prompt, professional and the work is to a high standard. He has a great eye for detail in regards to planning and his team are personable and reliable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company due to their exemplary work and customer service.

Great service from Ryan. He is down to earth and helpful. He made sure we understood the issues we were having.

Ryan replied promptly and came out to diagnose a fault and repaired our boiler as quickly as he could - especially as he was fitting us in around other jobs. Friendly and efficient! We’d use Ryan again for any works we need doing. Thanks again!

Exceptional Boiler and Radiator Installation by Ryan and Team. I recently had the pleasure of booking Ryan and his skilled team for a boiler and radiator installation project. Their attention to detail, commitment to quality, and professional approach left a lasting impression. Ryan provided a fair quote for the project. While it wasn’t the cheapest option, I’ve learned over the years that quality work comes at a price. In this case, I was not disappointed. The work carried out by Ryan and his team was exceptional. From the installation of the new combi boiler to fitting five radiators, every step was executed with precision. They even went the extra mile by boxing in the pipes in the kitchen area, demonstrating their commitment to aesthetics and functionality. As with any project, there were a few hiccups along the way. However, Ryan handled these promptly and professionally. Special thanks to Ryan’s dad, who contributed his amazing carpentry skills. It’s evident that craftsmanship runs in the family. The end result exceeded my expectations. So impressed was I with Ryan’s work that my parents followed suit and booked him and his team to upgrade their own boiler system. I am excited to book them again for a bathroom renovation. If you’re seeking reliable heating and plumbing services, look no further.

Ryan has done multiple jobs for us over the years but the biggest was a whole bathroom refit! Him and his team took our bathroom back to the brick and installed a beautiful new bathroom in just over a week. The time it took was improtant to us due to only have one bathroom with a toodler but Ryan always made sure it was usable for us to remain in the property and got it done so quickly. They were clean, respectful, professional and we trusted them completely to be in our home to complete the job.

Ryan has recently installed a new boiler in my property after helping me keep my old one going a bit longer which unexpectedly broke down in December which I was not prepared for. Ryan is excellent at explaining the process, costings and doing a good clean quality job. He is always willing to answer any questions and is good at explaining things, even the complicated plumbing things! Everything was left neat and tidy and I finally have a working boiler that doesn’t make me nervous every time I use it. Ryan kept in good communication with me with plans for the installation. I won’t use any other plumber again as it will be tough to meet Ryan’s excellent standards. Thanks Ryan :)

Really pleased with the service. Friendly, professional and reasonably priced. They got everything sorted quickly and to a great standard. Would definitely use them again and happily recommend to others.

Review for Ryan Lezar Plumbing and Heating Back in November 2024, I had Ryan Lezar Plumbing and Heating install overlay underfloor heating across the entire ground floor of my home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team worked quickly and efficiently, demonstrating great teamwork and professionalism throughout the project. Ryan managed the team personally and ensured everything ran smoothly and to a high standard. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to quality. The whole job was completed faster than I expected, without any issues. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend Ryan Lezar Plumbing and Heating to anyone in need of reliable plumbing or heating work.

Amazing work very friendly & professional for all plumbing & heating needs highly recommend 😊

Ryan and his team are always on hand whenever I need and will find time to fit us in even when they’re busy. Their work is always brilliant! Ryan is so knowledgable and will always explain why a problem might have occurred and give options with varying prices to help us decide what to do. Ryan and his team have completely refitted a brand new boiler for us, removing the old one (with all the bits needed to go with it) and putting the one in the loft, also fitting a new loft ladder for us. When there have been any small issues Ryan is always happy to support over messages too. Thanks!

Not for the first time Ryan Lezar Plumbing and Heating to the rescue. I can’t recommend Ryan and his crew highly enough. In the past he has done big jobs for me that were far from straightforward, however when a rad valve started leaking badly only a few days before we fly on holiday Jim came and fixed. No fuss, no bother and not too small a job to even come out to. Nice one

A massive thank you to Ryan Lezar Plumbing And Heating for installing my new boiler last week! Really great job as usual by Ryan and his team. He was really quick to respond and send me a quote and got the boiler installed promptly. They were all really professional and friendly, kept me regually updated and and left the place really tidy. Years ago Ryan and his team came to my mum's house to install a new boiler and radiators at very short notice. Knowing she was at end of life, they worked around the clock to make sure we all had heating and hot water so she was comfortable and I will never forget this! I highly recommend this company 😊 xx

Recently had my bathroom completely re done by Ryan and his team and im really impressed with how it turnt out! I was quite indecisive about what i wanted so left it up to Ryan to choose everything for me and im so glad i did. I would definitely use Ryan again in future and would recommend him to anyone wanting there bathroom done. 10/10 service thank you! ☺️

After searching for a plumber who could install an electric boiler, I found Ryan. He was incredibly knowledgeable and promptly installed a new system. Ryan has exceptional attention to detail and made sure that everything was perfect, staying far later than I would have expected, on a Saturday, to make sure it was completed perfectly. This new system is significantly more cost-effective and meets all my requirements. He even fixed the water pressure issue that I’ve had for the past 6 years, something which every other plumber said wasn’t possible. I very highly recommend Ryan, so much so I’ve already booked him to return and complete some other jobs

Had first fix plumbing done but unfortunately the hot and cold supply in the ensuite shower has been plumbed in the wrong way around. We have not yet been able to use the shower. I have called many times to get this resolved.

Been dealing with Ryan for years his work is absolutely first class! Recommend him to all our customer here at Fastwarm Underfloor Heating!

Great service at a good price! Strongly recommend

Brilliant service from Ryan, your Dad and Matt. As always, the work was done to a very high standard. Thank you for fitting the radiators, boiler service and new shower installation around our complicated renovation schedule. Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely appalled! me and my partner have had work done by Ryan before which was fine, but we have recently moved house and contacted him again to move a radiator in our bathroom.( we would have give him more job also which we wanted quoted) He gave us two options Saturday or Monday we chose Saturday as we needed this done ASAP to then complete the rest of our bathroom which is on hold till this has been done. Saturday comes with no show little reply partner waited in all evening for him and today he rescheduled and what's happened once again. DO NOT ARRANGE TO DO A JOB AND COME IF YOU CANNOT DO IT , COMMON DECENCY. we would have this done elsewhere if you just said you was busy, and Ryans reply was he did not won't the work anyway. Customer service is shocking. Time waster- treat people how you wish to be treated. Update - reply from owner : I never questioned you work ethic with the boys just my frustration with the fact you let us down twice a sorry would of helped and for you to show up. Your responses showed us that you didnt care and as a business owner you should. Our responses were never rude but to ask where you was on the days you said you would be there to carry work out. As any other person would be asking the same.

Came out early hours and still only charged the going rate. Lad was friendly and polite. Got the job done fast no messing around. Would definitely return and recommend.

Thank you. Great service.
