Williams Locksmiths Bournemouth

Great service. Our doors open and lock much more smoothly.

James performed adjustment of upvc doors that wouldn’t shut and lock properly. First class service and a good price.

Lovely gentleman came out very quickly, was extremely efficient and fixed the issue on my door. Very reasonably priced too. Thank you very much

Great service! Someone attempted to break into my flat causing extensive damage to my locks and door, so I called Williams as they were fairly local. He gave me a great estimate on the phone, arrived in quick time and got the job done in a nice quick, clean efficient manor, and the price ended up lower than estimated! And now my front door works better than it ever did! I can not recommend James enough. Seriously, if you need someone local to Bournemouth, call Williams Locksmiths for sure!

Great service , turned up and fixed the issue within 30mins . I would highly recommend

Came in 30 minutes. Was calm, professional and not only unlocked a jammed door to my lounge but suggested removing the handle while I wait for the estate agents to replace it. This would have prevented it happening again (dodgy self closing fire door without a handle!) so this was much appreciated.

Excellent service with a great price. James was able to come and change the lock for us straight away without any extra charge. He was very polite and helpful. I cannot recommend James enough thank you

Effin lifesaver !

Very professional, arrived quickly and good service. Many thanks

Today James was absolutely brilliant. High work ethic, arrived on time, definitely went the extra mile and has handled the unexpected work brilliantly. After having the cylinder changed following a house purchase, James didn't just repair our door by tightening the screws on the actual door, but he took the whole lock out, cleaned it and tried his very best fix it. It was super stiff. I then asked him if he was able to change it as the lock was super tight and stiff and I was worried of long term issues. James popped to a local shop, returned with a brand new lock and fitted it in no time. I never leave a review, but as I found him on Google and picked him based on other reviews, I want to ensure others can find him as well. I would highly recommend his services and would give 6 stars if I could.

James was very professional and helpful, he arrived on time and serviced my locks with a smile. This was the second time I called on his services and wouldn’t hesitate to call him again

Can’t rate James highly enough. Was able to book in quickly at a very reasonable price. James is efficient and very knowledgeable in what he does. Would definitely recommend.

Great response times and talked me through the options. Very reasonable price and property secured very quickly.

Quick response, great behaviour, fast work. Over all great to be around in a stressful moment.

Fantastic & quick service from James.Thank you so much.

On a bitterly cold pre new years night, I was locked out of the house. Key wouldn’t turn to lock or unlock. Rang James and he was at mine within 20 minutes, which was so much quicker than I was expecting and even better than that, the door was open within 15 mins! Brilliant service from James who was a great guy and his fees were very reasonable too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his service to my friends and family and if I need a locksmith ever again, he’s the man I’ll be going to.

A really professional and skilled local locksmith who did a really good job at a reasonable price. Comes and gives you a quote before starting so you know the cost. Took a lot of care at getting the right matching door locks etc to enhance the look of the whole door. Very pleased with the final result.

I would highly recommend Williams Locksmiths. James came over straight away after I telephoned and explained the problem I had with a faulty front door lock. Cheerful and friendly, James fixed the lock with no fuss, finding the problem, sourcing and getting the parts and fixing the issue. James also gave advice on lock care and adjusted the door alignment. His knowledge and prices are very good. I would say that he is one of the best with a no nonsense approach to arranging an appointment and fixing a lock related problem. Thanks

So helpful and kind, thank you

James provided a brilliant service. He came within 4 working hours and was professional and friendly. He is clearly very knowledgeable in his craft as he took the time to explore all avenues and show me the issue. He then promptly fixed it within 2 hours, and that included getting a new part too! Reliable, efficient and cost effective. Support the local guy! Very happy customer, would recommend.

I got recommended to William by a friend this is after i tried two people and nearly got ripped off! One of them gave me a quotation of a whooping £420! I was abit hesitant to go online again but I saw the reviews and decided to give it a go he is genuine with the prices and does his job perfectly. Am so pleased I get to lock my door without having to break the bank. Thank you William for your honesty 🙏

I called James to replace a faulty lock. He managed to do it all in one morning despite the lock turning out to be non-standard and out of stock in most places! He was relentless in finding a replacement and modifying the new lock so it would fit, and didn't charge me extra even after the job took him several hours to complete. I'm super grateful for James' expertise!

Wonderful locksmith, very professional and thorough service. James was lovely and would not leave until he was certain that all locks on my door were working perfectly. Made a previous review as below but just updating. My house insurance is coming up for renewing so I got Jamie to advise and update my door locks to make sure all ok for insurance. Jamie has now fitted his recommended locks to all my exterior doors. Brilliant, now I have peace of mind all conform to regs and insurance requirements. He even fitted the latest twist lock system types so no interior keys needed...so good.. Once again a nice tidy swift job at very reasonable cost. Previously..
