Ben the Plumber Ltd

Really helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient and fair prices. Highly recommended 😀

Messaged Ben for a quote and availability to replace a shower in a rented property. Ben couldn’t have been more efficient!! A couple of days from making the enquiry, job done, great service and at the right price, highly recommend!! 👍🏻

I original had a gas engineer who told me my cold water was a tap problem and not a boiler issue. Ben arrived checked everything thoroughly advised me all my taps were working correctly and it’s was definitely a boiler issue he also went to the effort and called his gas engineer friend who told the the problem with my boiler so I could tell BG when I called them back. As a single woman the gas company totally fobbed me off first time round and thanks to Ben I now have hot water again. It WAS two faults with the boiler and needed two parts replacing. Very highly recommended

Simply the best 🛁🚿

I phoned Ben yesterday and he answered straight away. Arrived today as arranged and fit a new mixer tap to my kitchen sink. Excellent service, a job well done with great care. Thank you Ben. Will certainly recommend.

Ben came to put new taps on bathroom sink . I mentioned that I had trouble with square taps on shower due to arthritis in my hands. He went above and beyond by making me a wooden device there and then to fit my tap. I can’t thank him enough. Highly recommend and a very good price.

I had 3 jobs that needed doing and Ben supplied and fitted all that was wanted. He was excellent in both his work and his personal dealings with both me and my wife. A better plumber or person would be hard to find. Thank you Ben I will readily recommend you to anyone.

I was recommended to use *Ben the plumber* to get some work done to my bathroom. My shower was not working, and the bath taps worked a bit but not much so I felt very restricted. I contacted Ben via WhatsApp on Saturday, and he was available to come on Monday. He messaged when on the way, and talked me through my concerns in the bathroom. He provided suggestions and gave me costings upfront to fix things and everything was sorted very quickly. We started with a photo of the initial problem and he was able to quote from that. I would recommend him for others to use if you have an issue.

Great service from Ben our outdoor tap blew and he came quicker than he originally said fixed the issue to a high standard and also very well priced highly recommend will be using him for any future pluming work.

Called and asked about a loose tap, Ben advised what it could be and what tools were required to fix it. Rather than your usual call out charge being more important first he asked what exactly is the problem. Pointed me to the right tools for the job and ended it ended up being a home repair at no cost. Can’t thank him enough.

Top man - very professional

Ben came last week to repair our 3 toilets they weren't flushing properly. Ben was professional and knows his stuff. He recommended changing another part which has made a massive difference. Thanks Ben. I can recommend Ben and we will use him again.

A faulty kitchen mixer tap forced me to look for someone with Ben's skills... he was quick to respond and arrange a date and time and also discuss options for replacement taps if required. A new tap was required but actually it's smarter than the last one, was really good value and Ben was finished within the hour. Really smart, tidy work, and I will be giving him a ring for any further plumbing issues. Cheers Ben!

Have used Ben on a number of occasions and have always found him to be pleasant and a good worker. Pricing is very good and will use him for all our future plumbing jobs. He responds quickly and always arrives when he said.

Ben just fixed my leaking toilet. He arrived at the arranged time, diagnosed the issue and fixed it straight away. Excellent value for money too, I can't ask for more than that. My go to plumber from now on.

We found Ben very reliable and honest. The job turned out to be more tricky than we had thought, yet Ben stuck to the price, and persevered to make the outcome perfect. We will definitely use again and would highly recommend. Thank you!

Great job done, came on time even was early , would definitely recommend Ben

Rang Ben in a panic as a pipe had burst in the kitchen and water was running out everywhere. Stop tap wouldn't turn it off. He came out in 10 minutes. Replaced the pipe that goes to the tap and that fixed the leak. So grateful for him coming out so quick as the damage would have been even worse! Thank you Ben!

Very impressed with Ben's work. We had a curved radiator that needed to be changed. As it couldn't be swapped we opted for 2 smaller radiators. Ben arrived on time, worked quickly and professionally, left no mess. We will highly recommend

Ben came and fitted my new sink and tap in the kitchen. Fantastic work and a very good job. Would definitely recommend :)

Very good and reasonable

Great service!! I would highly recommend.

Ben was excellent to deal with throughout. He offered us a next day appointment which fitted in with our availability. He arrived on time and was professional and thorough. He cleaned away all the rubbish which he said he said he would re-cycle and made sure there were no leaks before he left. It wasn't a big job, just 2 new sink taps to fit, but he charged for the job not a minimum call-out fee, so it was a fair price. We would definitely recommend Ben and we'll definitely use him again for the next plumbing job.

Found problem straight away and fixed it no probs great work

Ben arrived as arranged and carried out removal and installation of new basin/vanity unit, replaced toilet seat and fitted new shower riser, hose and handset. The job was carried out in a professional manner to a very high standard thank you Ben.

Would totally recommend, a very polite young man, very satisfied with his work .

Very disappointed. I connected this company to sort of a leak from the pipe work from my washing machine. He informed him my landlord had asked me to source a plumber so I can assure I'm home and free for the job to be completed. Ben demanded £100 from my landlord before arranging an appointment. I find this unprofessional and very disappointing. Have booked with another firm.

Ben fitted a new shower for me today, I couldn't be happier. He was very polite and helpful as well as thorough and clean. I would recommend Ben to anyone needing a plumber he is top class

Ben is a rarity. He responded promptly to my message, turned up and repaired our toilet cistern with a minimum of fuss. Very happy to recommend him.

Contacted Ben for a dishwasher installation. Replied very quickly, gave me a quote. When he arrived, he was wearing a mask and keeping a distance due to the ongoing pandemic and fitted the dishwasher quickly and efficiently! Have saved his number and will recommend, thanks Ben!

Ben was on time and very professional. Profes

Attended promptly, priced fairly, and the job was completed quickly. I selected Ben based on the numerous positive reviews and I can confirm that they are warranted. Kept his details as I know we'll be using him again for future plumbing needs. Context of repair - my mother's water supply failed on a bank holiday weekend during the COVID lockdown. Hence prompt attendance was much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Ben was polite and great value for money. Fix my toilet no problem and was clean and tidy. Would recommend him to anyone would recommend Ben to anyone who need a Plummer .

Fantastic plumber, arrived on time, always contactable and gave excellent advice... I highly recommend Ben.

Ben fitted a replacement shower for me which an engineer from Triton couldn’t do. He put on the correct compression fitting and even managed to do all the work without having to remove existing tiles. Absolutely excellent Ben can’t thank you enough - a perfect job!

Excellent standard of work, honest and reliable

I am new to the area and called a few plumbers from on line before I found Ben. He promptly replied turned up when agreed and did an excellent job at fitting a new tap for me with no mess!!!! I would highly recommend Ben. AmnAda

First class work, arrived on time, did the work, clean and tidy job.

Could have had a same day visit, but opted for next day. Ben arrived when he said and completed the job in no time. He was very tidy and took the broken tap away with him. I actually paid less than quoted as neither of us had any change. Would highly recommend Ben to others.

Ben quoted me £35 to balance a radiator - which he said was the problem as to why one of my radiators isnt working (whilst he was at my house providing me with an estimation on a dishwasher installation). 10 seconds into the job he realised there was absolutely nothing wrong with the radiator and that they just needed switching on and asked for £15 for simply turning the valve on - almost 50% of the cost it would've been for the initial job. When I stated that I was shocked at the cost of simply turning a valve on as there was actually nothing wrong with the radiator, Ben started to get angry and speaking aggressively in my house. I didn't say once that I wasn't going to pay him but Ben stormed off saying 'forget it'. As I was locking the door, Ben then turned back around walking towards me as if he was trying to intimidate me saying 'how he had fixed something that was broken'. There was nothing broken - it just hasn't been turned on. Disgraceful behaviour - avoid at all costs. Unprofessional, aggressive and trying to be intimidating. He had a miserable attitude from the moment he arrived and didn't even have the courtesy to remove his dirty shoes whilst he walked on brand new carpet. I have only give one star because google wont allow me to leave 0.

Friendly, punctual and did a great job.

Ben did an great job on the kitchen to make space for a new washing machine. He moved a gas pipe and added new supply and waste pipes, bypassing the oven, and added a new gloss panel for a professional finish. His positive reviews were one reason why I gave him a call, and I'm more than pleased to leave another positive review myself. I would highly recommend Ben to any potential client.

Ben the plumber is spot on 👍🏽 My go to number for any emergencies and repair work, highly recommended. Top bloke too :)

Used a few times. Reliable and quality work

Excellent, prompt and professional. Did work for my former landlord, has completed work on my own property. Highly recommended.

My parents recommended Ben so I called him and an appt was made at my convenience. He turned up on time. Fixed my kitchen tap and put a cold supply in for my dishwasher. I mentioned the tap in my bathroom was lose. He fixed and sorted everything with ease no mess and in no time. He didn't charge me extra for the bathroom tap. Nice guy too. ( I'm still waiting for the plumber I rang a week ago before Ben to get back to me! ) Defo recommend Ben and I have no hesitation to use his plumbing skills again. Keep up the great work and thank you Ben 😊

highly recommended ,Quick response, reasonable price.

Highly recommend, came when he said he would, work excellent and friendly. Tracy.

Very highly reccomended! Came when he said he would come, did a great job, he was very pleasant and wouldn't think twice about getting him again.

Found Ben on Google and read the reports that were all good. Called him up to do a job at my parents house, he was very helpful on the phone conversation and sounded professional. My parents have said that he done a fantastic job and are very pleased with the power shower that he fitted at there house.

Ben did a great job and visited us at short notice to fix the leaky pipes on our toilet. I even offered him more money and he declined as he said our job wasn't a lot of trouble. A nice and honest guy, would definitely recommend.
