Used Mo's services numerous times as a landlord. Repairs, services, radiator replacement, new boiler, gas safe certificate, late night call outs etc, Example, had a leak on a rental houses radiator on a Saturday night close to midnight. Within an hour he was out, fixed and completed. Had Mo do jobs for my own house, replacing a shower and he also services my dad's boiler. Super fast response, quality work and decent price. Straight forward information about what's required. Can't fault the guy 👍

Mo was really knowledgable, quick, and reasonably priced. He knew exactly what was wrong after telling him the make and model and where the leak was coming from just over the phone and he was out the next morning to fix it as I rang in the evening.

I’ve used the boiler doctor for several call outs now and I would highly recommend. He’s always professional, courteous, and on time for the job. When I’ve had questions he’s very patient explaining how the boiler system works. If something needs replacing he always shows me the damaged part and explains it to me. His prices are also affordable and fair.

I had an issue with my Ideal boiler making a loud humming noise, vibrating the entire house ! He managed to see me within an hour and fixed it in about 20 minutes. Lovely man as well, very good service from him.

My boiler went off in the night due to low pressure E19 error. I rang boiler dr in the morning and after showing him some photos he diagnosed the issue and told me the valve was capped off. He came out to me very quickly (Saturday) and fitted the part required. After he left there was a tiny little leak from the pipe so he returned the next morning to tighten it up. What I can say about mo is, he comes across as a very hard working person. He's friendly and informative. He didn't have to give me a free over the phone diagnosis but he took the time out to help me prior to me giving him the job. He rang me back and text me every time he said he would. If you are after someone reliable this is your man. Thank you so much! know where to go if I have any issues in the future. A very happy customer - If I could give him 10 stars I would :)

Phoned the Boiler Doctor when our Baxi broke down. He suggested we sent a video and pictures of the boiler and its warning light. He checked it out with local suppliers and found Baxi had created a closed shop for the part the warning light was saying needed replacement, so advised us to contact Baxi. Great service from the Boiler Doctor - and he refused payment for his time! Baxi on the other hand charged us £341!!!!!! I suggest you go with the Boiler Doctor if you can for a local honest professional service.

Mo's diagnosis was spot on, his repair was swift and efficient. The charge for his time and work was really competitive. What more could you ask of a tradesman? Well he had it, a very nice man.

The previous gas repair man Derek from Middlesbrough said he cannot fix my gas boiler, I therefore called Boiler Doctor Middlesbrough. He came to have a look the same day. Within moments he found out what the problem was. He went out to get the parts needed wiring harness and a new pump. He came back and got my boiler working perfectly. It had not worked for 5 years. Now it works really super. All done at a very reasonable price. That saved me at least £2,000 that the previous gas engineer said it would have cost. But a day or two later there was a leak that soaked my kitchen; due to a new part he said he had to remove from the reconditioned water pump he had brought and fitted my old part to it. Therefore, I decided to get a brand new boiler that included fitting with another company offering a good deal. As the first gas engineer Derek from Middlesbrough had suggested. I'm sure Mo the Boiler Doctor would have called again to sort out the leak. But, I felt I had spent enough on the old boiler as it was. This brand new boiler works perfectly.

Phoned Boiler Doctor late on the day he said can come out in the morning. Unlike some he was there first thing, called me be for he set of which was great, polite and just the sort of service all should give. Told me exactly what was wrong with the boiler and gave me option, cheaper price need to wait for a recondition part or more expensive and fixed there and then part fron a main dealer. Geat work and on time, the engineer diagnosed the problem last night, bought the necessary part and got it all fixed this morning. He is a man of his word, although the job was harder than it first appeared he did not charge me extra.

My boiler stopped working at around 8pm, I googled a few plumbers and non of them would come out straight away other than boiler doctor, I must say the level of service was spot on, he diagnosed the fault and had the problem fixed and boiler working again in no time, the charges were very reasonable, boiler doctor is the only plumber I will be using from now on.

Tenants (Single mum with 2 years old kid) reported boiler leaking, hot water and heating stop working in extreme weather .A previous plumbers failed to fix issue , cut corners by using tape and silicone to fix boiler leak and charged hell a lot of money. My Boiler broke down. And i had called out a few plumbers and they all had condemned it saying that it was not worth repairing. One plumber went as far as putting on a warning sign on it and had disconnected the gas supply to the boiler. Which left me in limbo. I asked one of my friends for advice and it was he who recommended Boiler Doctor. So i called the Boiler Doctor, When he came and had a look at it. He explained to me clearly what was wrong with the boiler and that it was repairable. Eventually my boiler was repaired with parts that where replaced. This in turn saved me from buying a new boiler. I can't recommend this person enough.
