Arbor Call Ltd

This the second time I have used Abor Call Tree Surgeons for tree works and hedge tidying. As before I have found the company very responsive to emails when dealing with their office staff. The site surveyor was very helpful when she visited our property to discuss the proposed tree works. On the day of the works the two guys were very friendly. They did a good job dealing with our overgrown trees in our back garden. My only negative was that they could have been a bit more through when clearing up the resulting tree debris.

Tree work was done to high standard and very efficiently. I'm very impressed by the lads who did the work. Two large Trees 10 meter tall and small 5 mtr removed, also had stump removed. The site was cleared and left tidy by team.

First class tree surgery Highly recommended

I recently hired Abor Call for a tree removal job at my property, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. From the initial consultation to the final clean-up, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team arrived on time. It was clear they had a lot of experience with tree care, and I felt confident in their ability to handle the job. The actual removal was smooth and quick. They used all the necessary equipment and made sure to follow safety protocols. Afterward, they even cleaned up the area thoroughly, leaving no debris behind. Overall, I’m really impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of the team. I would highly recommend Arbor Call to anyone in need of tree removal services. They made what could have been a stressful task easy and worry-free!

Extremely pleased with the work carried out. The tree surgeons were very professional and undertook the pruning with great care. All of the fallen branches were cleared away. We couldn’t have been happier with the outcome

Very good, responsive head office, the team dispatched to our home were polite, provided helpful suggestions on the day and left the area worked on clear and clean. Very happy.

We have used Arbor Call three times for our ash tree and on each occasion they have provided a fast, efficient service and always left the site neat and tidy.

Provided a professional service through survey, quotation, work on site to site clearance. Highly recommended

These guys knew what they were doing. Professional and safe. Would recommend anytime. Friendly and competent.

The tree work was done well. They've cleared up all the rubbish and left the garden tidy. I would recommend them.

Exceptional service! We can’t praise the team at Arbor Call enough. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Excellent, would use again for sure

We instructed this company to update an already existing tree survey for planning permission. They missed the promised timeframe, did not provide contact details of their surveyor and were not able to give us a new timeframe. The surveyor Nick Scally does not respond to our enquiries. Communication very difficult in general as staff members are on holiday and don't pass on information. We now have to look for an alternative surveyor. Don't waste your time with them if you need something done in a reasonable time. Not recommended!

An excellent job was done on our black walnut. As a result light to our garden has increased by at 80 percent. Both men worked very hard to achieve balanced canopy. All waste cleared to a high standard. Thank you ..

Very quick service. Professional job. Will use again.

Very satisfied with work undertaken. Professional service with excellent clearing up after workings.

Efficient, professional and they genuinely care about the job in hand. Arbor Call left the garden tidy and clean (not easy given the c.8 dead trees we needed removing), and gave us great advice about the health of the remaining trees and how best to care for them. Communication was easy, and I couldn’t believe how fast the trees came down in the end. We were really impressed with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We had Arbor Call out last week to fully remove a dead tree, and to re-pollard a big tree in our back garden. The staff that attended were great, very courteous and left the back garden as tidy as could be expected. Would happily have them back again when more work is needed!

Friendly and professional. Responsive to attend for the estimate and to follow up with the work. Would recommend.

Grubbed out a small but very stubborn tree stump. Job well done.

We congratulate Arcor for their response to an incident which occurred whilst their company was carrying out a job on our premises. We are pleased to say they were responsive, professional and quickly rectified the matter. Thank You. Much appreciated. Not many companies are on the ball to please the customer these days. Well done. 😁

Great firm to deal with.Have used them regularly to trim back overhang from a neighbours tree.Always so professional and friendly.

I have used Arbor Call Ltd for several years and I have nothing but praise for their organisation, professionalism and friendly tree experts. They are responsive to individual requests and very informative. They stick to agreed dates and clear up the mess!

I used Arbor Call to assess some trees on my property. The team demonstrated good knowledge and expertise from the advice given to the work carried out. I was pleased with the results and would not hesitate in using them again or recommending them having used other companies in the past. Wendy in the office was particularly helpful at keeping me informed on the progess of tge tree works and the team that attended my property were professional and carried out the works as instructed.
