Aldridge Installations Ltd

Very happy with the service, communication, quality of materials and the work carried out. They did an excellent job - very neat and are clearly skilled in what they do. I would use this company again for any replacement doors/windows.

Would recommend. From original quotation visit to the survey and the fitting of the window it all went well. Good quality products, and helpful friendly knowledge staff.

We had a lantern installed in our felt roof kitchen extension. The work involved opening up the roof, installing the lantern, re felting the roof, new kitchen lighting and replastering the ceiling. This involved a number of tradesmen each with specific skills. All were professional and the quality of work first class. I would have no reservation of recomending Aldridge Instalations.

I have just had a new Solidor fitted by Aldridge Installations and I could not be happier. I used the Solidor portal on their website to design my door which was a great tool to try the different colours, windows, glass patterns, hardware etc and fully see what the door will look like. The process was quick and easy, from start to finish and I really appreciated the consistent updates from Simon to let me know what was going on and when the door was due to be delivered and when the fitting would be. I did have to choose a different glass pattern but that was not a big deal for me at all and that was a supply issue on Solidor's behalf. It was nice of Simon to contact me to let me know of the supply issue and give me a choice of whether I wanted to wait a bit longer for my original choice or choose a different type of glass so that I didn't have to wait. Gareth was the one who fitted my door and given how wonky my old house is and the door that was there, he got the job done way quicker than I was expecting. The thought process and workmanship that went into this fitting to make it all work as well as consistantly cleaning up and putting the archetraves back on for us is fantastic. Really great service, and really lovely friendly guys. I am so happy, the composite door looks wonderful, it functions and sits so much better than the old PVCu door. Aldridges also fitted our front composite door a few years back and it is still in great working order which is why we decided to use them again for the back door. It's been great to support our local business and I would 100% recommend Aldridge Installations to everyone. Thank you so much guys!

Excellent service. Used for back door replacement for retail premises. Very pleased, particularly with the fitting of the door and the advice given. I would use them again, for sure.

Excellent service from start to finish. Great staff - a nice company to deal with

We recently had our very first window installation carried out by Aldridge Installation, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Everything went smoothly, and the whole process felt well organised and stress-free. Simon, who came out for the initial quotation and measurements, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly without any pressure, which immediately gave us confidence in the company. The workmanship itself was outstanding. Great care and attention to detail were evident throughout, and the finished windows look fantastic. The team worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and delivered exactly what was promised. What really set Aldridge Installation apart was their honest and straightforward approach. Compared to other companies who spends hours trying to justify a very high quote before eventually dropping it significantly — Aldridge Installation provided a fair and transparent price from the beginning, with no sales tactics or gimmicks. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the result and the service we received. We would highly recommend Aldridge Installation to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a hassle-free experience.

We have just had a window and door replaced by Aldridge Installations, and it has been a very smooth process from start to finish. Everyone we have dealt with has been helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend them.

We are really happy with our new bi-fold doors. The process from measuring up to installation was smooth, professional and efficient and the doors are of a high standard finish.

A totally 1st class service from start to finish. From the initial survey, to the quote, to the installation, everything was superb. I was told what was happening and when all the way through. I needed 4 windows replacing in my 3rd floor flat and am so very happy you would not believe. I would highly recommend. Thank you so much all of you.

Recently had some work done by Aldridge installation Ltd very happy with the work they have done. A very friendly and efficient team. Will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you.

What can we say excellent service from start to finish. Ordered two windows , the fitters were friendly and professional, done an excellent job. Consulted on pacific requirements. When they had finished you would not have know they had been in removed two old windows and proof they had been in two brand new windows . Thankyou all .

Really pleased with the installation of my windows, Danny done the work for us and he's done a very good job. Both myself and my husband are very pleased!

I want to say a huge thank you to Gareth who has been at my house all day, fitting a new door and several window panels , challenges were faced and overcome, my new door and window panels look great…not often you have a tradesman that tidy up as they go, house left spotless. Well done to everyone involved, from taking my order, measuring up to the fittings. Excellent service and highly recommend. Thank you

Excellent service - quick to respond to requests throughout the project. Very satisfied with high quality product and workmanship. Will be ordering again.

WOW absolutely amazing service. We are thrilled with our new PVC windows. The service had been impeccable from start to finish. Our lovely window fitters Matt and Arek are extremely hardworking, the timekeeping was superb, very polite and their tidiness was brilliant too! We are so impressed with their work ethic. Obviously a few cups of tea/coffee and biscuits did the trick too! We would definitely recommend Aldridges they were 'Absolutely Fabulous'. Thank you to all the team.

Aldridge installations in totton asked us to make good to the reveals plaster to finish of such a beautiful installation. Very professional company I would highly recommend and great products and team of fitters .

Excellent customer service. Love our new front door, great quality and fitted excellently by Darrell. Would highly recommend.

The fascia and soffits were in a really bad way and three storys up. Aldridge did a great job sorting them out even with a couple of surprises and a fair bit of extra work along the way. Their communication was excellent and professional, the price was great, and the fascia looks great now.

We've just had a new door & window fitted in the utility... the last two to be double glazed since house built in 70s, so definitely in need of replacement! So we now have a lovely "picture window" to the garden & were rewarded yesterday by a visit from a Greater Spotted Woodpecker! Thanks to all the team for the whole seamless & professional experience from everyone concerned. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aldridge Installations Ltd to others.

Did quite a big job - replaced an upstairs window, replaced the fascias/soffits/guttering and bricked up an external door and replaced an existing window with a set of french doors. Over the moon with the finish, looks far better than I expected and fantastic job. Will absolutely recommend to anybody else.

quality of products that aldridges use are great and the company and the fitters are very professional. They have carried out all our work and I would highly recommend them

Great conservatory installation from Aldridge installation's, thanks to Simon, Matt and Russ for a great experience, quality product and installation, ready for summer.

Aldridge Installations with fitter Mark installed our new Rehau patio door. He had a fair struggle to remove the old door due to some odd fixings but did a great job . It’s so free moving compared to the old door. Everything from the survey to the quote was easy , good price and with 80 mm gap glass. Can’t fault anything and would throughly recommend a very good Totton based company.

I contacted Aldridge Installations about cutting through a wall and installing a new external door leading from the room to the garden. The challenge was that the ground level outside was significantly higher than the floor level inside, leaving limited space for the door's height. Simon came to assess the situation and after a detailed review, Matt and Russell completed the job in just one day. The installation was done neatly and efficiently, and the door looks fantastic. I’m very pleased with the service and the final result.

Couldn't fault this company, the fitters were very polite did a fantastic job fitting 2 doors and even hoovered up when they had finished. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

I had a new lounge window put in a couple of years ago very pleased with their work.Simon came out this week to look at the back door, did an ajustment to the door and put in new screws,a really good company to deal with i'll be using them again in the future.

What a totally fantastic experience. From the initial survey, to the quote, to the installation, everything ran like clockwork and was super professional all the way through. I am so very happy and can't wait to get the upstairs windows replaced next. Thank you Simon, Daryl, Lewis, Andy and Caroline for all your help in getting me to achieve the downstairs result I wanted.

recommended to Aldridge by a colleague, and I must say,the whole experience from first telephone contact to quote and installation was a faultless experience, professional, courteous helpful,a real pleasure to deal with,Mark, who was the installer, was nothing less than perfect,a fantastic job, great price, cannot recommend enough

Aldrige Installations come out and sorted out some communall doors on the flats where I live. After months of waiting on the estate agents / landlord and several bodged repairs by other companies, Aldrige Installations come out to investigate then come back again and got it all sorted in a day! Top job! Doors all fitted perfect and hydraulic closers are set nicely. No more slamming and after weeks of no communal door our heatings not kicking in every few minutes 😀

Would highly recommend this family run business. Simon is very knowledgeable and helpful, puts customers first. Our fitters Mark and Russ were really lovely, fantastic at what they do, nothing is too much trouble, very respectful of our home and we are so happy with the finished windows and door. Thank you Team😊
