Amazing service, quick service, really reliable, very helpful

We are very pleased with the drain survey we received. The survey was extremely detailed and carried out professionally, giving us a clear understanding of the findings. We were really impressed with how quickly the report was sent across afterwards. We initially had an issue opening the report, but Kirsty resolved this straight away and made sure we had access to everything we needed. Overall, we are really happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend.

Prompt and efficient drain blockage issue resolved and cause of problem identified.

After years of recurring blockages, this company finally found the real cause of the problem using cctv equipment. They removed the roots and repaired the drain using a liner. Everything has been flowing perfectly ever since. Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend Dave

Brilliant service from start to finish. I’d been dealing with drainage issues for quite some time and had used several drainage contractors in the area, but it was difficult to find a local company I could genuinely trust. Then I found JD Drainage, and they were outstanding. From the first phone call to completing the job, they were professional, reliable, and kept me informed throughout. They quickly identified the problem, explained everything clearly, and resolved it efficiently. The quality of their work and customer service was second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JD Drainage to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable drainage company. Thank you again for a fantastic service

Absolutely fantastic service from JD Drainage. Engineer Dave came out on a Saturday night and worked late into the evening to clear a blocked external drain for us. He was friendly, professional, and clearly very experienced. He got straight to the problem and didn’t leave until everything was fully sorted. Really impressed with the quick response and dedication, would highly recommend.

Not long after moving into our new home, we found an unpleasant puddle on the driveway and realised our drains were blocked. With it being a Saturday, we thought we were going to be stuck with the problem until Monday. After trying a few well-known drainage companies and getting no response, I called JD Drainage Solutions and they answered straight away. They said someone would be out in about two hours. To our surprise, Jack arrived in just 30 minutes because he was already nearby. He was brilliant. He quickly found the cause of the blockage, sorted it out, and even carried out a camera inspection which highlighted a few things that could cause problems in future. Really grateful for the fast response and great service. Highly recommend.

Good professional and to the point service . Problems and solution explained clearly and rates competitive too.

Good service. Arrived within a couple of hours of my call. Operator (Jack) was competent and cheerful, working into darkness as the blockage unexpectedly turned out to be something of a monster. Recommended.

Brilliant service, would definitely recommend to others and good value for money

JD Drainage provide a consistent, professional service for our managed properties. Responsive, knowledgeable and reliable, with clear CCTV reports and competitive pricing. A trusted contractor we’re happy to recommend.

Blocked drain — 36 minutes of work charged as a full hour, refund for half hour refused; very expensive and not good value for money.

Was having drain issues for a period of time first company failed to resolve issue. J D Drainage solved issues promptly and efficiently was impressed with sterling service and excellent customer liaison. To that end have recommended to others Barry Bh20

I had Jack and his team to do a drainage survey on a property I was purchasing. I needed it to be done quickly, which they kindly did for me. They found a few issues which meant the drains needed to be flushed. They arranged with the agent to come back to flush the drains and continue the survey. Some of the drains were difficult to flush and it took them a lot longer than expected, but they got the job done, and quickly gave me a thorough and well explained report. Great customer service, and a hard working team! I’ll definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them for any drainage problems!

Except work, very friendly and professional, would definitely use again .

Absolutely amazing service from JD Drainage! I recently had a drainage issue that was causing major problems at my property, so I reached out to JD Drainage for help. They conducted a thorough drain unblock and used their advanced survey technology to pinpoint a damaged pipe that was hidden deep underground. The team was incredibly professional, explaining each step of the process, and after identifying the problem, they quickly got to work on relining the damaged pipe. The job was completed efficiently, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. I was really impressed with their level of expertise and how they kept me updated throughout the entire process. The relining job has completely solved my drainage issues, and my system is now running perfectly again. I highly recommend JD Drainage for anyone facing drainage or pipe problems. Their service is top-notch, and the results speak for themselves. 5 stars all the way!

I recommend, quickly, professionally, and a good price

What can I say....Bang on time, job discussed, options given for curing the ground water flooding. Camera deployed followed by jetting. To cure the problem completely would have been well outside my budget, so a compromise was agreed. Very happy with result and can strongly recommend this company. Great attitude towards the customer😀👍

Very quick response, immediate service, best price and a lovely guy to boot. Thanks Jamie

I phoned these guys as my drains were overflowing and they came out straight away , Jack was very professional and knowledgeable, sorted the overflow in no time at all . Cost was reasonable too. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again if needed.

Had JD Drainage attend my property to carry out a home buyer CCTV survey before purchasing our first home. The service was brilliant from start to finish – quick and hassle-free booking thanks to the helpful girls in the office, and Jack who came out was polite, friendly, and professional. Brilliant service from beginning to end. Called JD Drainage today at 1221hrs spoke to and explained the issue to the young lady who was extremely helpful and arranged a site visit. The engineer, Jack was on site within half an hour. He explained the process and approximate cost. The cleaning process was completed mess free and within the quoted timeframe. He was extremely efficient and courteous throughout, a credit to the company. Thank you Jack. No hesitation recommending this company.

Mark was efficient helpful and likeable. Job well done.

Top class from start to finish. Called at 7.30 this morning, no answer but was called back within minutes. Everything was explained price wise over the phone, and they were able to get someone to me within 1 hour. Everything is now fully working, no mess left outside, for something that I thought was going to be stressful to sort, it was completely stress free. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend JD drainage solutions. I had a blocked kitchen gully that had general build up of fats and powders. The engineers are very helpful and polite, same goes to office staff nothing is to much. Very reasonably priced. Thanks all very much 😊

Great service. Responsive via email (great when you don't ever have signal). Efficient and knowledgable engineers. They fixed our immediate issue and provided a good solution for the long term.

Jack and Barry did a great job (10092) today replacing my broken manhole cover: prompt; friendly and efficient. Thanks.

This company provided outstanding service in a very high pressure situation when another company had let us down (Simpson's Drainage). From the first phone call with Mark, to regular updates from engineer Jack, and follow on communications with Kirsty in the office, the whole J D Drainage Solutions team went above and beyond to ensure that recieved a report within a very short timeframe. We are extremely grateful to them for providing such a professional service with excellent communication and reliability.

They were excellent. Reasonable price. Very professional. Thanks.
