Regional Drainage Services LTD is praised for quick responses, punctual visits and efficient drain unblocking, with customers valuing clear explanations, fair pricing and tidy work. Patrick and Luke are often described as friendly, knowledgeable and professional, handling blocked drains, toilets, overflowing drains and even a dripping tap with care. One recent review reports poor communication, a rushed job, mess left behind and an unresolved issue, while another notes communication was not perfect.
Very disappointed with Regional Drainage Services LTD. Poor communication, unprofessional service, and the drainage issue was not properly fixed. The work was rushed, they left a mess behind, and I ended up paying for a problem that still wasn't resolved. I would not recommend this company
We recently needed help with a serious blocked drain issue in Poole and contacted Regional Drainage Services Ltd. Patrick quickly understood the problem and explained exactly what needed to be done. Alongside Luke, he carried out the drain unblocking efficiently and professionally. The service was excellent from start to finish and the drainage system is now working perfectly.
Had a solid experience with Regional Drainage Services LTD. They showed up when they said they would, got straight to the problem, and didn’t mess around. Everything was sorted quicker than I expected, and they left the place tidy. Not perfect on communication, but overall felt like dealing with people who know their job and just get it done.

Quick response, Good service.
I had a great experience with Regional Drainage Services for a drain unblocking issue. They were quick to respond, arrived on time, and clearly explained what the problem was before getting started. The engineer worked efficiently, resolved the blockage without any issues, and cleaned the area before they left. Pricing was transparent, with no unexpected extras. Professional, knowledgeable, and reliable service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.
I had a dripping tap that was driving me mad — they came out the same day and fixed it in no time. Super friendly and affordable. Great local company, highly recommended!

Fantastic company. We had a problem with overflowing drains, called Patrick who was able to attend within an hour. He quoted us a fair price and had the job completed in very little time. No mess was left behind, a very professional job completed without the hassle and stress of being ripped off.
