We had an issue with a drain in the rear courtyard that had started overflowing during heavy rain. Stan took a look and found that the outlet had become partially blocked with debris. He cleared it, checked the surrounding drainage and made sure everything was flowing freely again. Quick response, tidy work and a really professional service.

He was incredibly professional, found the main blockage quickly using a CCTV camera survey, and cleared it out with no mess left behind. I Called stan this morning and he had then sent oscar to the block we live in as I take care of what goes on in the block, he took care of most of the updates maintenance that was needed and we now be using for regular maintenance checks as they were really thorough.

Recently Oscar and Stan replaced a manhole cover on our drive and also gave us a full survey of our drains. My partner and I are really pleased with the footage and write up.

Had a waste pipe that was leaking off the side of the building going into some out drainage pipe in the side of the house. Oscar has resolved the issue and it’s sealed and in working order again.
