Quotes & Payments

Quotes, customer payments, invoices and receipts. Free, or paid plans from £19 a month, billed yearly

Pricing

How does pricing work?

Free includes the manual tools and the Assistant with £1 of usage a month: 5% of each payment Tradehand takes, card fees included. Paid plans from £19 a month, billed yearly. They add automation and more usage. Basic payment fees on your own jobs: From 1.25% + 20p, deducted automatically when the customer pays. Grow and Advanced have lower Tradehand payment fees.

Customer payments

How do quotes and payments work for customers?

Customers review the quote, approve work, pay, or view the invoice on the public job page. The trade business stays responsible for pricing.

Payment records

How do payments and documents work?

Payments run through the company account and stay on the job, with invoices, receipts, photos, and certificates on the same record.
