Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Plan page whenever you like, and you won't be charged again.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay monthly or yearly, with no contract.
Can I try a paid plan first?
Yes. Every paid plan is free for 7 days. You won't pay anything until the trial ends.
What if I run out of assistant time?
On a paid plan your assistant keeps working. Extra time is charged as you use it, and you set a monthly limit on the Plan page. On Free, upgrade for more time.
Do I get priority support?
Yes. Paid plans get priority support from our team.
Can I use Tradehand for free?
Yes. Free has no monthly fee.
Which plan is right for me?
Free if you do the admin yourself. Basic if you want the assistant to do it. Grow and Advanced for lower card fees and more assistant time.
How does usage work?
Free includes £1 of assistant time a month. Basic includes £25, Grow £65 and Advanced £344. When a paid plan's time runs out the assistant keeps working and extra time is charged as you use it, up to a monthly limit you set. Every plan includes usage every month for calls, texts, WhatsApp messages you start and AI work. On paid plans extra usage is billed up to the monthly limit you set, starting at £50. Extras are charged each time they reach £10, then the remainder at month end. Amounts below £0.30 carry into the next usage bill. While a usage charge is unpaid or clearing, use stops at the included allowance. A trial stops at its included allowance.
Why do some cards cost more?
The fee depends on the payment method, so paid plans show a "from" rate: From 1.25% + 20p on Basic, From 1% + 20p on Grow and From 0.75% + 20p on Advanced. It comes off automatically when the customer pays. Klarna on your own jobs is From 4.99% + 35p on every plan.
What does the Assistant do?
The Assistant answers calls, texts, emails and web chats in your business's name. Free includes £1 of assistant time a month. Paid plans have it follow up quotes, chase invoices, book the work and post your finished jobs to your socials. Anything that needs your decision comes to you.
What happens to customer memberships when I change plans?
Existing customer memberships keep running at the same price. Future renewals use your new plan's rate: Free From 6.5% + 20p, Basic From 2.25% + 20p, Grow From 2% + 20p, Advanced From 1.75% + 20p. Starting new membership plans needs a paid plan.
